Judge orders Alligator Alcatraz shut down in 60 days, says no more new detainees
A federal judge on Thursday barred the DeSantis and Trump administrations from bringing new detainees to Alligator Alcatraz and demanded the state close out operations at the immigration detention facility within 60 days.

As rabies seems to be spreading more in wildlife, veterinarians are especially worried about vaccine hesitancy spreading among pet owners, a dangerous trend that could lead to more dogs — and their owners — becoming infected. A 2023 study published in the journal Vaccine found in a nationally representative sample of Americans that nearly 40% believed canine vaccines were unsafe and 37% believed that vaccines could lead their dogs to develop cognitive issues, such as autism.

As a reminder:
Twitter is a platform owned by a far right billionaire who actively controls the algorithm and censors discussions he does not like.
Taking twitter as some sort of representation of a public form is taking neo Nazi bait. The platform actively promotes far right posts to the top and depending on language used will demote other posts to the bottom
hence removing words concerning transgender people unless it helps with their erasure
A lot of leftists still on the platform have begun to accept right wing framing as the only way to discuss topics and blind to how it's affected them.
