Seattle yesterday.
Watch as this unarmed person runs into frame, not a threat to anyone, gets pepper-sprayed in the face multiple times at point blank range, is violently thrown to the ground, then carried off and appears unresponsive.

These cops need to stop rioting.

Or, better put, they plan the former, but always end up doing the latter.
