If any of you are on Sapphire on some of my roms and having issues with slow scrolling through telegram contacts and groups, change your telegram to a less heavy opensource alternative.

"In Topaz some users had a problem only in Telegram "greenish photos when sending" and it was easily solved by changing to Nekogram or MoeGram.
