- Removed SELinux hacks from release tools and moved it to ROM source with conditional flags
- Added support for vendor_overlay (will drop all hacks in release tools by next build)

¶ Update IceCream kernel to r1.1
¶ Set the IceCream release version on the kernel name
¶ Let's use 300Hz (previously was 250Hz) for better performance and power consumption
¶ Ignore allocation orders above PAGE_ALLOC_COSTLY_ORDER
¶ Do not block /system/etc for the unwanted file blocker
¶ Set ZRAM default compression algorithm to lz4
¶ Set ZRAM size to 3GB

How to flash:
- Just simply flash the kernel in recovery
- Make sure you flash Magisk after (Not needed if you flashed magisk before flashing this kernel)
- If you get no ramdisk found error, just flash Magisk before flashing this kernel
