serve as a starting point for further discussing the issue.
The thesis reveals that the majority of the shopping center owners do undertake green in
itiatives such as reducing energy consumption, although at a varying degree. This can partly be
explained by the ownership type of the owner and their underlying investment objective. In other
words, the extent of their environmental commitment depends on whether or not the owner has
a long-term or short-term interest in the building. Moreover, organizational factors such as the
resource capacity and available capital are believed to influence the initiatives. Also, the shopping
center as an asset implies comparatively complex management due to for instance the number of
tenants and most often the big size and volume of the building. Consequently, these issues need
to be addressed in order to gain insight and knowledge on how to green the shopping centers as well.

📌 تفاوت دو نسخه DIALux و DIALux evo

نسخه DIALux عمدتاً برای انجام محاسبات روشنایی و نورپردازی روز (Daylight calculation)، روشنایی خیابان، روشنایی اضطراری و محاسبات پیچیده و مکان‌های بزرگ مانند کارخانه‌ها و سالن‌های ورزشی بکار می‌رود.

نسخه DIALux evo برای نورپردازی و روشنایی مکان‌های داخلی و خارجی ساختمان‌ها بکار می‌رود. این نسخه برای مکان‌هایی که نیاز به درج جزئیات بیشتری است مناسب است. در این نسخه محاسبات روشنایی و نورپردازی روز (Daylight calculation)، روشنایی خیابان و روشنایی اضطراری وجود ندارد. نسخه دیالوکس evo یکی از پرطرفدارترین برنامه‌ها است.

در این برنامه می‌توان با واردکردن جزئیات زیادی مانند میز و صندلی، رنگ‌های مختلف، سرامیک و کاشی، بافت‌های واقعی، کاغذدیواری و... طرح خود را بسیار طبیعی‌تر کرد.

نرم‌افزار دیالوکس می‌تواند میزان مصرف لامپ‌ها شدت نور تولیدشده و بسیاری دیگر از محاسبات را انجام داده و ارائه دهد. در نورپردازی میزان خیرگی یک مسئله بسیار مهم است. خیرگی نباید آن‌قدر زیاد باشد که باعث خستگی و آزرده شدن چشم شود. استاندارد خیرگی برای چشم انسان در مکان‌های مختلف متفاوت است. برنامه دیالوکس میزان خیرگی را به‌صورت استاندارد و بر اساس روش UGR محاسبه می‌کند. این محاسبه برای مکان‌هایی مانند کتابخانه‌ها، ادارات و بیمارستان‌ها بسیار پراهمیت است.
