Width and Max-Width

Width is a property that defines the width of an element, while Max-Width is a property that defines the maximum width of an element.

Using max-width is useful when we want an element to not become too wide, but still be able to stretch if necessary. This is especially relevant for responsive layouts, when we want elements to display correctly on different devices.
