Messages on behalf of premium channels
Users report that now accounts without an activated Telegram Premium subnoscription cannot write in comments and groups on behalf of the channel.
A source close to the Telegram development team explains this decision as follows:
“Because the channel commenting feature was introduced more than six months ago, it was difficult to assess the extent of spam from the very beginning.
Commenting on behalf of a channel accounts for up to 80% of spam in groups and comments. Group admins requested that this feature be turned off completely, but we decided to leave it to premium users instead of completely turning it off. This will reduce the amount of spam without "throwing out" the feature entirely."

The Beta version of Telegram for Android lets you create "topics" inside group chats.
Topics are several small subchats within a group, in each of ones chat members will be able to join all sorts of discussions.
What is already known about topics:
• Topics will only be available to groups with more than 200 members.
• Topics cannot be activated in channel-linked groups yet.
• Most likely, only the owner of the group will be able to activate topics in the group.
• Any user emoji can be set as an avatar for a topic (Premium subnoscription required).
• If desired, topics can be closed, reopened, or deleted.
• You can set your own notification conditions for individual topics within a group.
• Users will be able to view any threads after joining a group.
• There is a switch for topics management in the chat members permissions settings.
Topics are currently in the testing phase, so there may be quite a few more feature-related changes by the time of release.
At the moment, topics are partially functional only on the Telegram test server.

YouTube officially updates its interface: a black theme, 'Ambient Mode' and other video player updates.
The YouTube team has officially announced new features and design updates to the player that it has been testing over the past few months, among them:
• Ambient Mode (Desktop, Android, iOS)
• Dark theme is now Black (Desktop, Android, iOS, Smart TVs.)
• New Playlist design (Android, iOS)
• Redesigned buttons below videos (Desktop, Android, iOS)
• Pinch to zoom gesture to easily zoom in and out of a video while on your iOS or Android phone. (Android, iOS)

There is a bot which claims to give you Telegram Premium for free and it'll ask you for your credentials and if you login into the bot, it'll steal your telegram account and you'll lose access to all of your chats.
If you receive PM's from users from our chat or any other chat for that matter do not login into the bot! It'll forward the same message to other people, known or unknown!
Please stay safe and do not login into such suspicious spam bots!
Also If your account has been stolen, don't worry or panic, just do the following
1. Go To Settings > Devices > Terminate the device which is not in your location.
2. Report the bot as spam.
3. Check your PM's, tell all the people who got your PM that your account was stolen due to that bot and inform them to be safe as well.

Recently telegram had involved in too many cases which leads to copyright content
Now business owners could easily sell their products and contents
