PASSED: The Pet and Livestock Protection Act to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act just passed the U.S. House with bipartisan support.

This is a major win for rural communities that live with the real-life consequences of an unmanaged wolf population.

Hannah Dugan obstructed federal agents attempting to arrest an illegal alien with a violent criminal history, including strangulation, suffocation, battery, and domestic abuse.
Today I visited the School District of Crandon to celebrate the reauthorization of the Secure Rural Schools (SRS) program. Last year, Crandon students traveled to Washington, D.C., to advocate for this program, and their voices made a difference.

The SRS reauthorization, signed into law in December, ensures rural students aren’t left behind because of where they live.
Chris and I are keeping the LaMalfa family in our prayers. Doug embodied hard work, integrity, and service, and he never stopped standing up for rural America. God bless his family, and may he rest in peace.
