Herbal Ayurvedic Tea / Decoction (Kashaya) for cold, cough, headache, chest congestion, indigestion, bloating and gas.

Ingredients
1/3 tsp Black pepper
1 inch dry or fresh ginger
2 inches fresh turmeric or 1/2 tsp powder
2 inch Cinnamon sticks or 1/3 tsp powder
6 cloves
6 Cardamom
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/3 tsp Carrom seeds.

You can adjust as per your requirement.

Pound all ingredients in pestle and mortar for a minute.

Take 2 cups water to a pan. Heat the water on medium flame. Add crushed spices.
Simmer for 15 mins.
Add 1 inch jaggery or 2 tsp brown sugar or rock sugar or stevia.
Strain it.
Enjoy it 3x a day
