Air strikes and ISIS mercenaries stationed in South Kurdistan
The Turkish army has once again carried out heavy airstrikes in northern Iraq. Yesterday evening, local sources reported bombings, artillery attacks and attacks by combat helicopters on the Medya defense areas. Movements of ground troops were also reported. Turkish tanks had advanced as far as the city center of Amêdiyê. Even in the Penjwen region, over 200 kilometers from the Turkish border, air strikes are said to have taken place.
In the afternoon, there was also a suspected Turkish army drone attack on a car in the city of Suleymania. No casualties have been reported so far.
According to a statement by the Kurdistan Communities of Kurdistan (KCK), ISIS fighters are among the troops brought into the region by Turkey. Turkey had already deployed Syrian mercenaries, including IS fighters, in the invasions of northern Iraq in the past.

Fascist gesture during Turkey's win against Austria
During Turkey's 2:1 victory against Austria in the quarter-finals yesterday, two-time goalscorer Demiral gave the wolf salute to celebrate the goal. The wolf salute is a symbol of the Grey Wolves, a Turkish fascist organization.
Demiral does not seem to be aware of any guilt. In an interview, he said that he hoped there would be more opportunities to show the salute.
In the evening, he posted a picture of the action on X with the caption: "Happy is he who calls himself a Turk". A slogan under which ethnic minorities in Turkey are still oppressed by the state and right-wing extremists.
With his gesture, Demiral also appears to be referring to the current anti-Syrian pogroms in Turkey, in which Syrian refugees have been attacked in dozens of cities in Turkey in recent days and at least two people have been killed. The wolf salute can also be seen again and again during these pogroms.

🔴WHO ARE THE GREY WOLVES?🔴
Turkish national team football player Merih Demiral made the ‘wolf salute’, symbolic of the Turkish ultra-nationalist ‘Grey Wolves’, after scoring in a European Cup match between Turkey and Austria on the 2nd of July.
This gesture has been condemned by many political and civil society figures as a symbol of racism and hate. Even the German interior minister Nancy Faeser denounced firmly this act.
But who are the Grey Wolves behind this sign?

What is the mentality underlying Turkish soccer player Merih Demiral's wolve salute at the Euro2024?
The Turkish national player Demirel Merih cheered after his goal in the European Championship match against Austria with the "wolf salute", which is associated with the Turkish right-wing extremist group "Grey Wolves".
In social media, Turkish fascists tried to disguise the symbol as a harmless part of Turkish tradition. But behind the symbolism however, there is an ideology that millions have fallen victim to in the course of history.
Who are they grey wolves?

🔴 ISIS MERCENARIES INVADE KURDISTAN 🔴
300 ISIS militants are fighting with the Turkish army in Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI)
Sepi Media published names and photos of 416 former ISIS members, reportedly trained by Turkish forces in Efrîn, Kurdish occupied city in Rojava (North Syria).
1 week ago, the spokesperson of the PUK revealed that more than 300 ISIS mercenaries were participating to the invasions’ operation, alongside the Turkey’s forces.
If the Turkish invasion of Kurdistan is not stopped, an ISIS revival, new genocides and the annexation of the region by Turkey is very possible.
