🚩 Today we celebrate the beginning of the 13th year of the Rojava Revolution!
The Rojava Revolution was built on the blood of thousands of martyrs, incessant work of popular organization and a lot of effort to overcome limitations caused by embargoes and attacks by the fascist Turkish State.
Even with all these difficulties, the Revolution continues to build a democratic future based on Abdullah Öcalan's philosophy! The Rojava Revolution is an example of a democratic, ecological society and, first of all, the liberation of women!
Bijî Şoreşa Rojava!

How the development of the guerrillas is changing the war
Despite limited resources, the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas have embraced technological advancements to enhance their capabilities, especially in air defense and drone warfare.
NATO's support has bolstered the Turkish state's technological arsenal, but the guerrillas' innovative use of technology has created an equalizing effect on the battlefield. Recent guerrilla air strikes have shocked the Turkish army, demonstrating the succesfull renewal inside the guerrilla. The Kurdish freedom guerrillas' ability to adapt and innovate has led to significant victories, putting the Turkish occupation forces in a tactical bind.
Explore how these developments are changing the balance on the battlefield and how the guerrilla in Southern Kurdistan is resisting against NATO’s second largest army.

PKK Guerrillas' defence of Iraq and Southern Kurdistan
Ten years ago today the genocide of the Yezidi people in Şengal began:
On August 3, 2014, ISIS invaded the traditional settlement areas of the Yezidis in Şengal & began a massacre of the local population. Prior to this, the KDP forces had fled the region from the advancing Islamists after disarming the Yezidis, leaving them defenceless against the terrorist militia. 200,000 Yezidis fled from the Islamic State, about a quarter went to the Sinjar Mountains to find refuge there.
Only the intervention of the PKK, which came from the mountains to Şengal, and the YPG and YPJ, which created an escape corridor to Syria, enabled tens of thousands of trapped Yezidis to flee from Şengal.
The PKK guerrillas' intervention protected Shengal, Kirkuk & other parts of Iraq & South Kurdistan from ISIS. Today, the guerrillas are under attack from those who allowed the massacre back then

🔴 10 Years ago the Êzîdî Genocide 🔴
Today, 3 August, we commemorate the Şengal massacre. The invasion and atrocities of that day marked the beginning of a brutal genocidal campaign by the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" against the indigenous Êzîdî population in the territory of today's northern Iraq.

Due recent developments we already have been reporting more frequently on the Guerrillas' resistance in the Mountains. But we have also not forgotten about your other proposals!
In the meantime we conducted numerous interviews with Activists from the Revolutionary Youth Movement, the Self-Defence Forces & many others. Around the question of how the Strategy of "Revolutionary People's War" is to be understood, what it means in military & societal aspects & its implications for Socialists worldwide, we delved deep into discussion with those that are directly involved in the Revolution and took part in the historical resistances. The results will be published as a in-depth brochure. Until we finish the translations from Kurdish and the redacting part, we are already looking for Translators, Graphic Designers and Social Media Content Creators that are interested in joining this project!
If you want to be involved in the process or are interested in working with us on other topics contact @RojavaResistance

❗️ Today is the 10th anniversary of the genocide on Êzidi Society. It marks the day when DAESH attacked Şengal. But the society in Şengal decided to change its destiny and put its will in its own hands.

Turkey's deception: Ankara's role in the Palestinian genocide
The genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinian people, which has entered an even more horrific phase after the Hamas attacks of October 7, has been loudly condemned by Erdogan and other members of the AKP-MHP regime that rules Turkey. In recent days the Erdogan regime has taken more concrete steps, such as banning the export of Turkish exports to Israel. As much as Turkey has expressed solidarity with the Palestinians, as much as Erdogan has presented himself as the leader of the Muslim world and champion of the Palestinians, one has to wonder what is driving the increasingly complicated relations between Turkey and Israel and Turkey and the Palestinians.
Turkey's actions, on the surface seem to be in support of Palestine, but are overshadowed by its complicity in fueling the very oppression it claims to oppose.

North and east Syria under fire
On Monday evening, a drinking water depot in Dêrik in northern and eastern Syria was bombed by a Turkish army drone. According to the local security authorities, no people were injured.
Just a few hours before the attack, there had already been a bomb attack on a military post of the Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) in Qamişlo, which had been vacated for some time. Nobody was injured in this attack either and the main damage was to the roof.
Since June 2020, Turkey has been waging an ongoing drone war against the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Syria (DAANES) and in particular against the Kurdish areas of Syria on the border with Turkey, also known as Rojava.
Since the end of last year, Turkey has been using intensive waves of attacks to target and destroy vital infrastructure. This year, according to the Rojava Information Center, there have already been 109 threatening strikes in which at least 28 people have been killed.
