🛑 BREAKING: 2 Journalists killed in a Turkish drone strike after interviewing fighters at Qereqozak

Kurdish journalists Nazim Daştan and Cihan Bilgin were killed in a Turkish drone strike while travelling in their car in the Sirrin district south of Kobani, northeast Syria, on 19 December 2024. A civillian Ezîz Hec Bozan was injured.

They were killed on their way back from reporting on the frontlines in northern Syria. Their interviews with the fighters from Qereqozak that we shared last night was their last work. You can watch it here
