Starting from Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Turkish Army initiated intense airstrikes in North- & Eastern Syria. As in November 2022, infrastructure and civilians were particularly targeted.
The Turkish foreign minister has now declared the entire infrastructure in Rojava a "legitimate" target. intensification of the attacks can be expected.
The revolution in Rojava is inspiring people around the world. Democratic Confederalism based on Women's Liberation, Ecology & Radical Democracy shows concrete solutions to the social problems of our time. In Rojava, these ideas are being brought to life & defended. The strong self-organization of the population has made the resistance against the so-called Islamic State possible & is unbroken despite continuous attacks by Turkey.

⚡City Center of Ain-Issa being targeted by Turkish airstrikes

❗️Turkish aggression continues in North and East Syria

▪️The Turkish fascist state continues to bombard the town of Ain Issa and its surroundings with heavy weaponry. Additionally, warplanes are reportedly circling over the city.

▪️Villages Rotan and Şelhûmiyê near the town of Tirbespiyê are being shelled with howitzers.

▪️The village of Til Şeyir in Kobanê is under heavy artillery bombardment.

▪️Esadiye and Rabiat villages, as well as the center of Zirgan, are being bombed.

▪️The surroundings of Til Rifat town, including Şêx Îsa, Belûniyê, Metarê Miniqê, and Eyndeqnê villages, are under heavy artillery fire.

▪️Shelling with heavy weaponry has started on a point belonging to the Syrian government forces in Ziyaretê village of Kobanê, as well as in Cêşan, Xerebisan, Koran, Sêlim, and Xurxurî villages.

▪️The Turkish army and its militia groups are shelling the villages of El Seyeda and El-Cat in the north of the city of Manbij in the Northern Aleppo region with artillery and rockets.

Hospitals of #Rojava call on the people to donate blood to treat the high amount of wounded caused by an intense wave of Turkish attacks across Northern #Syria

As result of the illegal attack yesterday night on Derik, 29 members of Asayish were martyred. This is a massacre committed by the turkish fascist state.

"The Turkish raid that targeted a training academy for the Internal Security Forces in Derik countryside resulted in 29 casualties and 28 wounded. They are members of the Narcotics Control Section.

The Autonomous Administration in northeastern Syria declares three days of public mourning."

🌹 The martyrs toll has risen to 44 and 39 injured since the beginning of the attacks 3 days ago. Most of them are civilians.
