Update on Guerrilla Resistance in Medya Defence Areas, Southern Kurdistan:

According to a statement by the Press Office of the People’s Defense Forces (HPG) Turkish forces continue to commit war crimes in face of stagnation of their attempts to occupy the Zap and Metîna Regions in Southern Kurdistan

HPG Statement: "In November, the invading Turkish army continued to attack our forces by land and air in Northern Kurdistan and the Defense Zones of Media. The invading army used all its resources, modern warfare techniques, banned bombs and chemical weapons against our forces.”

The forces of the fascist Turkish state continue to commit war crimes: In November alone the HPG reported 124 attacks with chemical weapons and 133 attacks with prohibited weapons (i.e. Thermobaric Bombs)

Update on Resistance in Medya Defence Areas, Southern Kurdistan Part 3:

Attacks carried out by occupying Turkish army with banned explosives & chemical weapons throughout the first week of December:
On December 1-3, resistance positions in the Girê Çarçel Resistance Area (Metîna region) were bombed 5 times with explosive-laden drones, once with chemical gas & twice with banned explosives:
On December 3, the battle positions in the Girê Ortê Resistance Area (Metîna region) were bombed twice with chemical gas & banned explosives.
On December 4, the Martyr Delîl battle positions in the Girê FM Resistance Area (West Zap region) were bombed once with banned explosives
For two reason the developments are important to be reported on & the resistance are needed to be supported and discussed:

1) The historic resistance of the People’s Defense Forces (HPG) and the Autnomous women’s army YJA-Star has global emphasis because it will answer the question if a Guerrilla force in the 21stCentury can wage succesful resistance against a high-technologized NATO army

2) Turkey is committing systematic war crimes that have until now not been acknowledged or invested: Chemical Weapons, Thermobaric and Tactical Nuclear Weapons seem to be used in numerous cases

New social contract agreed in North and East Syria

Since 2021, a committee made up of representatives of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES), as well as women's and youth organizations and civil society, has been working on a new version of the social contract.

The aim of the social contract is to define the framework for decentralized self-administration. Particular attention is being paid to the separation of powers and the protection of human rights.

Due to Turkey's attacks on northern and eastern Syria and the worsening economic crisis, the necessary talks on the treaty with the various population groups and organizations have had to be repeatedly postponed.

At its 90th meeting in Raqqa on Tuesday, the Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria approved the social contract. This was presented by the responsible committee last week.

The social contract will come into force as soon as it has been published with its 134 articles.

The targeting focuses on vital facilities and people's companies for Kurdish citizens.

🔸The Turkish occupation targeted Karam Wedding Hall in the city of Amuda.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the Al-Jazeera feed factory in Qamishlo.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the textile and sewing factory.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the villages of Darbasiyah district.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the Agriculture Building Company.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the Simav Printing Press, the printer of textbooks.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the train station in Qamishlo.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted Al-Shamal Company.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted the cement company in the city of Qamishlo.
🔸The Turkish occupation targeted several villages in the Sherawa district in the countryside of the occupied city of Afrin and the villages of Al-Shahba, including (Al-Mayassa village - Burj Al-Qas - Soganka)

🌹 At least 3 civilians were martyred and the number of injured is not yet clear, however, the Martyr Xebat Hospital called the people's of Qamishlo for blood donations.
