This release provides an initial stable Android 16.

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share something important with you.
Unfortunately, my laptop—the one I use for all Rising Revived development—has suffered a motherboard failure, and the repair cost is estimated to be around $200.
At the moment, I’m unable to cover this expense, and without a working device, further development on Rising Revived will have to be paused indefinitely—and potentially discontinued.
