Why did Spencer Cox impose mask mandates on schoolchildren in exchange for millions of dollars?

Did Spencer Cox use this money to enrich his friends and fund his reelection campaign?

Why does Spencer Cox care more about his wallet than the people of Utah?

When they said follow the science, I followed the money. It’s clear that Spencer Cox is far more interested in serving his big campaign donors than the people of Utah. Utahns deserve a Governor who will tell the truth. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
