Let me clear out some thing first. Am not talking about passionated ppl like tech nerd(a very friend of mine who is so passionated since we were kids about building something) or dagmawi babi or ppl from code night(at least some of I know). Its about programmers who hunts ventures capitalists of Ethiopia to invest on their what ever app or idea then disappeared or ghosted or do what ever they do . Here is how they work👇👇👇.

Their goal wasn’t to build the next Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or even something impactful like ChatGPT or a tool for farmers. Their target was simple—money. You could even call it “easy money.” Some of them barely know how to code or understand programming. All they really have is an idea—maybe a good one, or at least one that seems good. And if it works, it could benefit everyone. That’s what makes it sound promising.

Some people take ideas—sometimes even borrowed from other countries—and pitch them to venture capitalists. The real issue lies with money and people. Instead of saying, “What I have is enough,” most people think, “How can I get more?”

Many of those with wealth in our country gained it through traditional commerce—buying and selling goods like coffee or gold—not through technology or the internet. So they often lack knowledge in those areas and are more vulnerable. In their world, scams are less common, so they don’t expect them in tech.

Then come the selfish opportunists—narcissists who pitch flashy tech ideas. The venture capitalists, hoping to be part of the future, invest. But once the money is in, many of these so-called programmers or young entrepreneurs stop. They got what they really wanted—money.

Ironically, these same people often complain about corruption or misuse of resources. And yet, at the end of the day, they call themselves successful.

How can a country prosper if the people who are in the future of the country are thieves in disguise?

Success isn’t about gaining wealth through corruption or taking advantage of others—like snatching a balloon from a child just to sell it. You're not truly an entrepreneur if you're only chasing loopholes and shortcuts. Real success requires integrity, innovation, and building something that genuinely helps others. It’s about creating lasting value, not just grabbing quick profits.

This is what I learn from successful entrepreneurs.

Have so many skills as you can especially that are related to the future
Change your mindset

Have time with yourself

Focus on what makes you great than what makes you Happy

Don't do it if it will harm a ton of ppl. Cause in this world what you planted is what you get. If u ain't honest ppl around you will not be honest. U gonna surround your self with fools who wanted a show with big ego. Change you and change your environment.

Remember loving your country mean loving the ppl in it regardless of their race, ethnic background, religion.....

Now I know what you're thinking: “He just wanted power.” And I get that. We’ve seen it before—people who chase power are often selfish, narcissistic, and driven by hidden agendas. They don’t care about people. They care about revenge, control, and ego. (Relax—I’m not talking about the Illuminati.)😁😁

But look closer.

Trump risked everything even his life—not for his business, not for his image. His businesses were doing just fine. In fact, if he stayed out of politics and let the Democrat-led tax system roll, he might’ve made even more money.

But instead, he chose a path that came with hate, pressure, and nonstop attack. He knew the cost—and still went for it.

Even Elon Musk lost over $100 billion during some of these decisions. But guess who gained? The middle class. The poor. Small businesses trying to grow. Sometimes real change means real sacrifice. And Trump didn’t run from that—he embraced it.

He didn’t do it to get richer. He did it to see his country rise. That’s what responsibility looks like. That’s leadership—standing for something when you could’ve just stayed quiet and comfortable.

Whether you love him or hate him, you can’t ignore the fact: he took risks most people wouldn’t dare take.
Remember responsibility is more than yourself.
