One of my favorite past times is ignoring emotional issues because i have to be functional. like id come across a video or post that gets me thinking , that sector of my memory and thinking has too many pointers to bad addresses so i just push that back, since my cogs gotta work. i cant derail a whole machine just to figure out which parts need repair. It is possible to gaslight yourself into a good mood , trust me I've been doing it for almost a year now.

Missed the goal today too. ill put in some hours on the weekend i guess.
i know i technically have 8 minutes of leeway to try save it , but i'm not being productive in this ( sleepy and hungry ) state and id rather sleep for tomorrows gym.
Maybe its better if i also put in hours in the morning than try to do everything in one go.
