one of my 2026 plan is to have less of abandoned projects so here we go
SpiderTrace is a tool for visualizing how error can propagate using zx diagram
If building a full quantum error correction project is like writing a full sentence, SpiderTrace is like identifying the letters.
anyways loved it. I can expand on it in the future since i haven't found another visualization tool specifically for error propagation.

Before You Build The Next App… Read This
We all know the feeling…
Starting a new app. Fresh idea. New UI. New logic. New excitement. It feels amazing.
But here’s something most developers don’t talk about enough 👇
Sometimes the best app you’ll ever build… is the one you already abandoned.
Think about it.
Months ago or even years ago you dropped projects because:
• You didn’t have the skills yet
• The tools were limited
• You ran out of resources
• Or you simply outgrew the idea at the time
Now fast forward to today…
Your skills are sharper.
Your problem-solving is faster.
Your tech stack is stronger.
Your vision is clearer.
That “old project” might not be dead. It might just be waiting for the new version of you.
Some of your best ideas were ahead of your ability not ahead of their time.
So before jumping into building another new app, take a moment and ask yourself:
👉 Which project did I abandon because I couldn’t finish it not because it was a bad idea?
Upgrade it.
Refactor it.
Add features you couldn’t build before.
Polish the UI with your new design taste.
Optimize it with your current knowledge.
Who knows…
That forgotten project might turn into your biggest success story.
Sometimes growth isn’t about starting over.
Sometimes it’s about going back and finishing what you started. 💡

So...a Skill is a reusable capability for AI agents. Think of it as a plugin that teaches your agent how to do specific tasks better.
Today at Dagmawi Babi's Meetup, Robi taught us about good design - colors, spacing, dark mode, animations. But here's the thing: nowadays agents are building more than we do. They need to know this too.
That's why we built a skill called robis-design-best-practice.
Install and use it on Cursor with:
on your UI-specific projects.
