With regard to the vaccines all the cowards and morons are already hooked and vaxxed. Fear isn’t a good enough motivator for a substantial amount of the population. Now it’s just about finding your price.

Even those who swore they never would get vaxxed will have the pressure really put on them now, and it’ll go beyond cash incentives (though that will be a part of it.) What does your freedom to function in society, feed your children, hold down a job, finish your doctorate or stay within the walls of civilization cost?
