Arresting An ISIS Leader In The Eastern Countryside Of Deir Ezzor

Our SDF Special Units, enabled by the International Coalition forces, have conducted a joint security operation in the al-Daman village, near al-Busayrah town, the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The operation targeted a local ISIS leader who was responsible for transporting ISIS cell members, especially the suicide bombers, and supplying them with the weapons and equipment needed for committing terrorist acts in the countryside of al-Hasaka and Deir Ezzor and other areas in NE Syria.

Based on precise intelligence information, our forces raided the house of the terrorist and arrested him.

By searching the house, our forces uncovered a weapons and IEDs cache, where machine guns, magazines and military uniforms were confiscated.

25 June 2015: The Turkish state wanted to wipe out Kobanê

Seven years ago, Turkish-backed gangs infiltrated Kobanê and perpetrated a massacre against the civilian population of the town, which had been liberated five months earlier. Survivors say that Turkey wanted to wipe out Kobanê and used ISIS to do it.
