Last night, a clash took place between a group of mercenaries attempting to infiltrate the Tel Temir front line and the fighters of the Tel Temir Military Council. As a result of the clash between the fighters and the mercenaries, Hafiz El Refai, a member of the Sultan Murad mercenary group affiliated to the Turkish state, was killed. It was determined that the murdered Hafiz El Refaî was an official ISIS member and was housed in the Sultan Murad group by the Turkish state.
