SDF: Our Forces Arrest An ISIS Emir And Two Other Terrorists
In conjunction with the aggressions of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on the regions of NE Syria, the ISIS terrorist cells were active, attempting to attack various areas, including Deir Ezzor, al-Hol, and Tal Hamis, taking advantage of the Turkish aggressions.
After resuming the joint field work, our Counter-Terrorism Units (YAT) and the International Coalition forces have conducted three operations, targeting the hideouts and hotbeds of the ISIS cells in different areas of NE Syria. The operations resulted in arresting one of the ISIS emirs along with two other terrorists who were responsible for supplying the terrorist cells with weapons and ammunition in an attempt to target the prisons and the al-Hol camp. Several firearms and ammunition have also been confiscated.
The operations were conducted in the town of the al-Hol, Tal Hamis, and Deir Ezzor, from the seventh to the tenth of this month.
The confiscated weapons:
1 – Kalashnikov rifles / 1 /.
2 – Pistols / 1 /.
3 – Grenades / 2 /.
4 – Rifle scope / 1 /.
5 – Quivers / 4 /.
6 -Several ammunition magazines.
7 – Quantities of explosive materials.
8 – Several smartphones.

Military reinforcements from Russia and the Syrian regime to Manbij!
The war front is from the north, but the shipments of weapons and military reinforcements are to the south!
Since the recent attacks of the Turkish state, the Syrian regime has sent 3 shipments of weapons and military reinforcements to the south of the city of Manbij. These reinforcements were brought in by the Russian-backed 25th Division for special tasks led by Suhail al-Hassan (al-Numer). In addition, there are military groups such as Tahat, Hussam al-Zeer, Termah, Haydarat and al-Fuhud.
During this period, 2,500 soldiers of the regime forces were stationed in southern Manbij, in the area between the Manbij Military Council and the areas controlled by the Syrian regime forces.
Meanwhile, no military reinforcements of the Syrian regime were brought to the northern front of the city of Manbij.

Three Civilians Martyred Including One Child Due To Attack By The Turkish Occupying Army
SDF: The Turkish occupation army continues committing humanitarian crimes against the people of north and eastern Syria, attempting to break our people’s determination and preparing for implementing its occupation projects by directly targeting civilians and the infrastructure in the region.
Today, at 1:30 P.M., the occupying army committed another crime in the village of al-Raqas in the Chalabiya district, targeting a group of civilians using a UAV, resulting in three civilians martyred, including a 12-year-old child named Weisi Muhammad Weissi, and one other civilian injured.
This crime added to the Turkish occupation’s crimes, which killed 16 civilians this month.

On December 16, our SDF Counter-terrorism Units, supported by the international coalition forces, arrested one of the ISIS local emirs (leaders) in the al-Kasra district, Deir Ezzor western countryside. The arrested terrorist was responsible for leading the ISIS terrorist cells in the region.
Based on precise intelligence information, our forces raided the house of the terrorist and arrested him, and confiscated documents and communication devices.
