In Telegram for macOS Beta, now you can find out who read the message in the group.
At the moment, it's known that the function will work only in small groups (less than 50 participants), regardless of whether it is private or public. An anonymous administrator won't appear in the list of viewers.

Reactions in Telegram for macOS
In Beta-version of Telegram for macOS, you can see partial support for reactions.
Now you can only put the reaction that other users have already left — for example, through client for Android from competition. In future versions, the ability to set any available reactions will be added.
At the same time, in the group chat you can see who and which reaction was put on the message.
Also, you can disable reactions in your channels and groups, or allow only some of the emojis.
