We need to say thanks to our RuCTFE.org/devteam, our sponsor kontur.ru, infrastructure partner yandex.ru and really big thanks and love to you, dear participants! It was 10th RuCTFE (btw, have you seen our cartoon? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NwStwgeuy0) an it was great RuCTFE because of you!

We have answers for a few frequent questions:
Write-ups will be availiable soon, less than in 6 months :D
We've already sent results to CTFTime.
We'll contact winners to send prizes really soon (really!) and will send invitations to RuCTF in a few month, when we'll have more information about RuCTF 2019. Now we know only three things: we'll make it, we'll make it in April, we'll make it in Yekaterinburg! We wish to see you there as participant or guest ❤️

RuCTF 2019 is going to take place in Yekaterinburg on April 26-29. RuCTF is an annual open intercollegiate competition and conference on information security. This year we are holding the contest for the 13th time!

The schedule will be the following:
April 26-27 — opening, the conference itself and a personal contest on information security,
April 28 — Attack/Defence CTF,
April 29 — awarding and closing ceremony.
We have already sent all the invitations to the teams and very soon the list of invited teams will be made public. The conference program will be published and spectators registration will be opened a little later. RuCTF 2019 will start in a month! Get ready to go from virtual reality to real!

We've published list of participants at https://ructf.org/en/teams and opened Guest Teams' members registration.

This year we have 2 guest teams, both will consists of 10 people. Have time to become a part of team! Remember, that you can join the Guest Team if: no team from your University is playing RuCTF 2019 Finals, you haven't played in RuCTF Finals previously, there is a limit of max 3 persons from one University in the Guest Team.

And one more thing: this year conference will take place at Ural Hi-Tech Park, Konstruktorov str., 5, Yekaterinburg. It's a bit far from the center of the Yekaterinburg, but we'll provide transfer on morning and evening and at any time you can take the bus #25.

From this year to attend the conference you don't need to register, just go to Ural Hi-Tech Park and listen to interesting topics and workshops. Timtable of conference we'll publish very soon at https://ructf.org/

Small explanation: at the @RuCTFE scoreboard team Omaviat has name Need More RAM, B3vil (ex. 0x1dea) has name B3vil [0x1DEA] and bacaro_tour has name с00kies. We've contacted PoCs of RuCTFE teams, double-checked their identity and have changed upon teams' requests.
While devteam are baking services for the finals (it's our teamlead's laptop at photo, no jokes), we have great surprise for you!
It's online-tour of our traditional olympiad: it'll start exactly in one day, April 5 at 12:00MSK and will lasts 72 hours. Everyone can take part in it and we'll invite best russian students to Yekaterinburg! Link to the checksystem will be published here tommorow. Thanks to Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ for supporting our olympiad. Btw, April 7 is the birthday of RU TLD, this year it will turn 25 years old! Congratulations!

It's time to publish the results of the Olymp Quals. If you're student from Russia and have got more than 1000 points, congratulations! We're ready to invite you to the Olymp Finals and will write you letter today or tomorrow. Here is all of the finalists and some other non-student participants in one pic, find yourself!
Btw, you can try to solve tasks at olymp.ruc.tf, submissions will not affect scoreboard, but all services is up.
We've already published timetable of the RuCTF Conference on https://RuCTF.org/events and going to start telling you more about all the talks on monday. In the meantime, briefly: a lot about Web by Digital Security, Mail.ru and c00kies, social engeneering by pranker Lexus, hardware vulnerabilites by Egor "Xarlan" Litvinov and Hardware Village, a bit about simplification of work with Hex Rays from Groke, Lockpick-section and quests in HackZone, non-technical talks by Dmitriy Sklyarov from Positive Technologies and Sergey Krasnov from USSC. And, of course, traditional battles and discussion about future of CTF in Russia!
