The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Malta draws attention to the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which continues to raise serious concern.
🇷🇺 Russia firmly opposes the ongoing attempts by Western members of the Peace Implementation Council to distort the Dayton Peace Agreement (1995) and to impose a centralized political model on Bosnia and Herzegovina under external control.
Such actions undermine the very foundation of the Dayton framework endorsed by UN Security Council Resolution 1031 (1995), threaten the coexistence of the three constituent peoples – Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats – and erode the autonomy of the Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
🕊️ Moscow’s position is clear: the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be determined by its peoples through equal dialogue and consensus, not through diktat from abroad.
The activities of the so-called “High Representative” Christian Schmidt – who was never approved by the UN Security Council – have no legitimacy and represent direct interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state.
🇷🇸 Russia also consistently defends the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia, as reaffirmed in UN Security Council Resolution 1244 (1999).
Attempts by Western countries to legitimise Pristina’s unilateral declarations and to pressure Belgrade into recognition of Kosovo are unlawful and destabilising.
The imposition of such neo-colonial schemes in the Balkans only deepens divisions and fuels tension across the region.
🌐 Russia calls on all responsible members of the international community to defend the principles of the Dayton and UN frameworks, to respect the sovereignty of Balkan states, and to prevent the erosion of peace and stability in South-Eastern Europe.

In recent months, we have recorded a surge of fake stories about Russia (on top of an already large number) in the Italian media.
To somehow stop this flow of lies, we offered one of Italy’s leading newspapers, Corriere della Sera, an exclusive interview with Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
The editorial office of the newspaper agreed with enthusiasm. They sent us a list of detailed questions for the interview. The Minister provided comprehensive answers to each of them. The text was promptly finalised and made ready for publication.
However, the newspaper refused to publish Lavrov’s answers to its own questions.
We were “told” that the Minister’s words “contain many controversial statements requiring fact-checking or further clarifications, which would result in exceeding reasonable length limits”. When we suggested publishing an abridged version in the newspaper and the full interview on its website, the editors... refused.
We consider this an outrageous act of censorship.
We believe that Italian citizens, as guaranteed by Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, have the right to access information.
We are publishing both versions of the interview – the full one and the version edited / censored by Corriere della Sera.
All passages deemed inconvenient for the Italian authorities were deliberately removed by the editors.
👉 This case vividly illustrates how Italian citizens are denied objective information about the situation around Ukraine and are deliberately misled.

Чтобы хоть как-то остановить этот поток лжи, предложили одной из ведущих газет Италии – «Коррьере делла Сера» – взять эксклюзивное интервью у Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации С.В.Лаврова.
Редакция газеты с энтузиазмом согласилась. Нам направили объёмные вопросы к интервью. На каждый из них Министр дал исчерпывающий ответ. Текст был подготовлен оперативно. Можно было публиковать.
Но издание отказалось от размещения ответов С.В.Лаврова на свои же вопросы.
Нам «объясняли», что слова С.В.Лаврова «содержат много спорных утверждений, требующих проверки фактов или дополнительных прояснений, публикация которых привела бы к превышению разумных объёмов». На наше предложение опубликовать в газете сокращённую версию, а на сайте издания — полную, редакция ответила отказом.
Считаем это вопиющей цензурой.
Полагаем, что итальянские граждане имеют гарантированное ст.19 Всеобщей декларации прав человека право на доступ к информации.
Приводим текст двух интервью: полную версию и отредактированную «Коррьере делла Сера».
👉 Все неудобные для официального Рима моменты редакция сознательно вымарала.
Данный случай является наглядным примером того, как до итальянских граждан не доводят объективную информацию о ситуации вокруг Украины, сознательно вводят их в заблуждение.

🏠🤔 Об удостоверении доверенностей на право продажи недвижимого имущества
В связи с возникающими в последнее время дискуссиями вокруг темыпродажи недвижимости полагаем целесообразным напомнить о полномочиях консульских должностных лиц в данной сфере правоотношений.
Так, согласно части 1 статьи 26 Консульского устава Российской Федерации консульские должностные лица не вправе удостоверять договоры купли-продажи недвижимого имущества, находящегося на территории Российской Федерации. При этом в случае если гражданин в период пребывания за рубежом желает продать принадлежащую ему недвижимость, он может обратиться в российское загранучреждение по вопросу удостоверения доверенности, предусматривающей соответствующие полномочия.
В целях совершения нотариального действия потребуется предъявить действительный документ, удостоверяющий личность. Для российского гражданина таким документом может являться как внутренний, так и заграничный паспорт. Консульское должностное лицо в рамках своих полномочий путем проведения беседы с доверителем проверяет действительность и добровольность его волеизъявления. Удостоверение доверенности «по просьбе»третьего лица, в том числе близкого родственника, от имени гражданина, который не в состоянии самостоятельно (в устной или письменной форме) ясно выразить свои намерения, не допускается российским законодательством.
Требования к содержанию доверенности рекомендуется заранее запрашивать у тех органов (организаций), в которые ее планируется представлять. Подтверждать факт владения недвижимым имуществом, которое планируется к продаже, на этапе удостоверения доверенности не требуется: данные указываются в нотариальном документе со слов заявителя.

Алексей Оверчук принял участие в заседании Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии
🌐Стороны обсудили широкий спектр вопросов, касающихся формирования и реализации стратегических документов союза, в том числе направленных на совершенствование его правовой основы. Особое внимание члены совета уделили вопросам общего таможенного регулирования взаимодействия в области продовольственной безопасности, а также энергетики.
📑Участники заседания продолжили работу над проектом плана мероприятий по реализации Декларации о дальнейшем развитии экономических процессов в рамках Евразийского экономического союза до 2030 года и на период до 2045 года «Евразийский экономический путь». В настоящее время сторонами согласовано 342 мероприятия плана.
📊Одобрены основные ориентиры макроэкономической политики государств – членов ЕАЭС на 2026–2027 годы для представления Высшему Евразийскому экономическому совету.
В отчете о реализации предыдущих основных ориентиров макроэкономической политики государств – членов ЕАЭС на 2024–2025 годы продемонстрирован рост основных экономических показателей, в частности:
•объем взаимной торговли государств – членов союза вырос на 8,1%,
•объем промышленного производства в союзе вырос на 4,5%,
•объем инвестиций в основной капитал вырос на 7,5%.
Решением совета одобрен проект решения Высшего Евразийского экономического совета об утверждении планов либерализации взаимной торговли услугами по руководству строительными проектами. Утверждаемые планы направлены на сближение регуляторных режимов по определенным видам строительных услуг, выравнивание условий деятельности поставщиков услуг государств – членов ЕАЭС на территориях друг друга, а также обеспечение взаимного недискриминационного доступа на рынки.
Совет ЕЭК также одобрил проект Концепции развития туризма в рамках ЕАЭС. Реализация концепции будет направлена на развитие туристического потенциала государств-членов, увеличение взаимного туристического потока, повышение конкурентоспособности туристического сектора и продвижение туристических продуктов государств-членов на мировых рынках.

•объем промышленного производства в союзе вырос на 4,5%,
•объем инвестиций в основной капитал вырос на 7,5%.
Решением совета одобрен проект решения Высшего Евразийского экономического совета об утверждении планов либерализации взаимной торговли услугами по руководству строительными проектами. Утверждаемые планы направлены на сближение регуляторных режимов по определенным видам строительных услуг, выравнивание условий деятельности поставщиков услуг государств – членов ЕАЭС на территориях друг друга, а также обеспечение взаимного недискриминационного доступа на рынки.
Совет ЕЭК также одобрил проект Концепции развития туризма в рамках ЕАЭС. Реализация концепции будет направлена на развитие туристического потенциала государств-членов, увеличение взаимного туристического потока, повышение конкурентоспособности туристического сектора и продвижение туристических продуктов государств-членов на мировых рынках.
