President Vladimir Putin took part in the 10th Anniversary International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Journey 2025 – “A Voyage into the World of AI.”
Before the plenary session, the President visited a large-scale exhibition featuring leading Russian advancements in AI and robotics, including the country’s first domestic anthropomorphic robot developed by Sber, cutting-edge GigaChat LLM assistants, and Yandex’s Alice AI generative model. The President was also briefed on the use of AI in medicine, industrial production, sports and new approaches to drug development.

National AI Models and Full-Cycle Competencies

🌟 24 ноября 1944 года по итогам Прибалтийской стратегической наступательной операции Красной армией от немецко-фашистских захватчиков были освобождены советские республики Прибалтики — Эстонская, Латвийская и бóльшая часть территории Литовской ССР.
В ходе летне-осеннего наступления 1944-го года в прибалтийском регионе Красная армия нанесла сокрушительное поражение врагу — гитлеровская группа армий «Север» была фактически уничтожена. Её остатки были блокированы в т.н. Курляндском котле, а затем окончательно ликвидированы весной 1945 года.
Разгром нацистских войск в Прибалтике позволил Красной армии перейти в наступление в Восточной Пруссии — цитадели германского милитаризма, где были сосредоточены значительные силы немцев на Восточном фронте.

14 сентября 1944 года силы 1-го, 2-го и 3-го Прибалтийских фронтов начали наступление на рижском направлении. Красная армия продвигалась стремительно, вскрывая оборону немцев по всей линии боевого соприкосновения.
Так, уже в первые три дня операции ударная группировка советских войск продвинулись на глубину до 50 километров. 22 сентября оккупанты были изгнаны из Таллина, а 13 октября — из Риги.
Финальным аккордом наступления советских войск в Прибалтике стал Моонзундский десант — операция по освобождению от немцев островов одноимённого архипелага на северо-западе Эстонии — Эзель (сейчас Сааремаа) и Даго (ныне Хийумаа), которая завершилась 24 ноября 1944 года полным успехом Красной армии.
✍️ Из воспоминаний Маршала Ивана Баграмяна об окончании Прибалтийской операции (мемуары «Так шли мы к Победе»):
В ходе освобождения Советской Прибалтики Красная армия уничтожила 26 (!) вражеских дивизий и нанесла сокрушительное поражение группе армий «Север» — главной ударной мощи Германии на Балтике. Остатки вражеской группировки были отсечены от основных сил вермахта, а затем — полностью уничтожены советскими войсками в ходе Восточно-Прусской операции.
За проявленные мужество и героизм в ходе Прибалтийской стратегической наступательной операции 112 отличившихся красноармейцев были удостоены звания Героя Советского Союза. Более 332 тысяч солдат и офицеров награждены орденами и медалями. 131 часть и соединение получили почётные наименования «Рижских», «Таллинских», «Валгинских» и других.

С приходом немцев в оккупированных Латвии, Литве и Эстонии подняли голову крайние националисты, представители местных профашистских организаций, которые присягнули на верность Гитлеру. Они отличались особой жестокостью, выполняли за немцев всю грязную работу — расстреливали мирных жителей, сжигали деревни, устраивали массовые расправы.
Местные пособники нацистов принимали самое активное участие и в проводимой Третьим рейхом политике по уничтожению еврейского населения. На руках карателей — кровь сотен тысяч мирных граждан и военнопленных.
Современные прибалтийские режимы чествуют и прославляют этих преступников на государственном уровне. В память о нацистских палачах власти воздвигают мемориалы и устраивают сборища легионеров CC, чествуют гитлеровских приспешников и их последователей.
❌ Надругательства над священной для наших соотечественников Памятью о Великом Подвиге советских воинов-освободителей, ценой собственных жизней спасших народы Европы от нацистского порабощения, к сожалению, стали для прибалтийских политических элит новой нормой.

Russian MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova:
💬 Ursula von der Leyen, following a meeting with EU leaders, outlined the European Union’s "conditions" for achieving peace in Ukraine.
As for Kosovo, Ursula could not have been unaware. It was the West that proclaimed and, through the use of force, unilaterally redrew the borders of Serbia against the will of the Serbian people.
So Ursula is denying a sovereign state the right to make decisions about its own armed forces, isn't she?
Take, for example, the 1990 Two-Plus-Four Treaty on Germany, which regulated the structure of the Bundeswehr. The armed forces of the Federal Republic of Germany were to be reduced from 500'000 to 370'000 personnel within four years. Germany reaffirmed its earlier commitment to renounce the production, possession, and deployment of weapons of mass destruction.
Being German, a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany, she ought to know at least the history of her own country.
And since when has the European Union been “securing peace” for Ukraine? This is an important question, because we need to pinpoint the exact date when Brussels began experiencing hallucinations. And, if possible, let them clarify who is responsible for this and on what grounds.
This is the most absurd. We all remember very well how the legitimately elected President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, stated that the country he was then leading on legal grounds was suspending the EU-association agreement because “the Ukrainian economy and legislation were not ready for integration with the European Union.”
At that very moment, the West launched yet another "Maidan", which led to the anti-constitutional coup d'etat of 2014 and, ultimately, the establishment of a neo-Nazi regime in Kiev controlled by the global minority. The very same regime that bans the Russian language and openly carries out terrorist attacks, ready to fulfill Brussels’ orders until “the last Ukrainian.”
This, apparently, is what they call a “European destiny.” The circle is complete.

⚡️ 27 ноября в МИД России был вызван Посол Польши в Российской Федерации, которому вручена нота, уведомляющая, что в качестве ответной меры на отзыв польскими властями с 23 декабря 2025 года согласия на функционирование Генерального консульства России в Гданьске российская сторона приняла решение об отзыве с 30 декабря 2025 года согласия на функционирование Генерального консульства Польши в Иркутске.
Сворачивание под абсурдным предлогом российского консульского присутствия в Польше является откровенно враждебным, необоснованным шагом польского руководства, в ответ на который на территории Российской Федерации будет закрыто последнее из ранее имевшихся польских консульских учреждений.
Российская сторона ещё раз напоминает тем, кто в угоду сиюминутной политической конъюнктуре стремится к недружественным выпадам против нашей страны:
❗️ Российская Федерация не оставит такие действия без адекватного, болезненного ответа.

🔹 On the draft “peace treaty”
The President underlined that there was no draft treaty as such – only a set of issues proposed for discussion and subsequent formalisation. Prior to his visit to the United States, including the trip to Alaska, these matters were examined with American negotiators. It was in the course of those consultations that a detailed list of potential understandings was shaped and later passed to Russia through established channels, after which it was carefully reviewed.
🔹 On the negotiation process
President emphasized that it is necessary to sit down and discuss specific elements seriously, translating all positions into diplomatic language.
Russia has never planned and does not intend to “attack Europe” – “this sounds ridiculous to us” – but if partners want this formalized in writing, Russia is ready to do so.
The President confirmed that Russia is fully prepared for substantive discussion. An American delegation is expected to arrive in Moscow next week.
Russian negotiators are led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From the Presidential Administration, Aide to the President Vladimir Medinsky continues to oversee the process from the outset, while Aide Yury Ushakov has also been instructed to coordinate the ongoing work and maintain contact with U.S. counterparts.
🔹 On the situation in Ukraine
Ukrainian forces must withdraw from the territories they occupy – only then will hostilities cease. If they do not withdraw, Russia will achieve this militarily.
Across all sectors of the front, the President noted a positive dynamic. Moreover, the pace of advance by Russian forces is increasing significantly.
The main problem for the Ukrainian military, according to the President, is the growing gap between losses and the number of troops they are capable of sending to the line of contact. In October alone, Ukraine suffered 47,500 losses, while mobilization yielded only around 16,500, with a further 14,500–15,000 returning from hospitals. The monthly deficit is therefore around 15,000, following a deficit of 10,000 the previous month. This gap continues to widen.
High levels of desertion in the Ukrainian forces are reported not only by Russian sources but also by Western media, which the President stressed is impossible for Kiev’s partners to conceal.
🔹 On the EU initiative for asset confiscation
Hungary, as an EU member state, is fully aware of the consequences. The Hungarian Prime Minister, the President noted, understands how such actions would affect the European currency. Any move to confiscate Russian assets will have serious negative consequences for the global financial system, sharply reducing trust in the eurozone. This comes at a time when the locomotive of the European economy – Germany – has been in recession for the third consecutive year.
🔹 On the Ukrainian leadership and legitimacy
Signing documents with the current Ukrainian leadership is, in the President’s words, meaningless. He reiterated that Kiev committed a fundamental strategic mistake by refusing to hold presidential elections, leading to the loss of legitimacy.
Russia itself, despite being in an armed conflict, held presidential elections as well as municipal and regional elections – “we do all this, and they, for some reason, do not”.
Russia ultimately seeks to reach an agreement with Ukraine, but at present this is legally impossible. Whoever in Kiev is willing or able to negotiate may do so – but Russia needs its decisions to be recognized by the principal international actors.
