The partners discussed the coordination of positions on the main items on the agenda of the 77th UN General Assembly session, and ways to strengthen the CSTO’s interaction with the UN, in part, as regards its involvement in UN peacekeeping missions.
The Foreign Ministers held a detailed exchange of views on a broad range of urgent issues of international and regional security, including the CSTO’s zone of responsibility and the situation in Afghanistan.
The Ministerial is an important step in further strengthening the CSTO’s foreign policy coordination and the regular synchronisation of positions on pressing international issues.
The Ministers reviewed preparations for the upcoming Collective Security Council session in Yerevan.

On September 21, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi on the sidelines of the high-level week at the 77th Session of the UN General Assembly.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the security of nuclear facilities in Ukraine, including the situation around the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
Sergey Lavrov reiterated Russia’s willingness to continue close cooperation with the #IAEA with a view to forcing the Kiev regime to immediately stop the shelling of the said plant and adjacent territory, including the city of Energodar, where the plant’s employees and their families live.

По предварительным подсчетам, около 1,5 млрд руб потребуется для модернизации коммунальной инфраструктуры поселков Баренцбург и Пирамида на Шпицбергене. Об этом в интервью "Российской газете" рассказал глава Минвостокразвития Алексей Чекунков.
"Интерес (у туристов - прим. ред.) есть непосредственно к нашим поселкам - Баренцбург и Пирамида, как к своеобразным машинам времени. Уважительное отношение и достойное содержание музейного характера Баренцбурга и Пирамиды - в этом мы видим задачу. Предварительно оцениваем инвестиции в приведении инфраструктуры этих поселков в порядок где-то в полтора миллиарда рублей. Будем выходить с соответствующими предложениями на правительство", - сказал Чекунков.
По его словам, речь идет о коммунальной инфраструктуре, и это срочные работы. Министр отметил, что на Шпицбергене также нужно строить гостиницы, обновить парк снегоходов.
"Конечно, нужно привлекать частный бизнес. Мы сейчас соответствующие концепции готовим, чтобы сделать это интересно для частного бизнеса. Это перспектива еще для круизного туризма. Мало кто знает, что там есть памятные места. Там четыре года жила Майя Плисецкая, ее отец руководил этим трестом еще в 30-е годы прошлого века. Фактически он был одним из первых руководителей", - отметил Чекунков.

Об открытии экспозиции архивных документов МИД России по случаю 250-летия воссоединения российского и белорусского народов
19 сентября Министр иностранных дел Российской Федерации С.В.Лавров открыл экспозицию уникальных исторических документов, связанных с 250-летием воссоединения народов России и Белоруссии.
В мероприятии приняли участие Посол Белоруссии в Москве Д.Н.Крутой, Государственный секретарь Союзного государства Д.Ф.Мезенцев, главы дипломатических миссий ряда иностранных государств.
С.В.Лавров подчеркнул важность сохранения исторической памяти и правды о многовековых культурно-исторических, духовно-нравственных и родственных узах россиян и белорусов, акцентировал тесное сотрудничество России и Белоруссии на современном этапе, важность укрепления интеграции в рамках Союзного государства.
Белорусской стороне были переданы в дар муляжи исторических документов экспозиции.

Подъезжая к месту выездного голосования, мы увидели последствия обстрела, который был несколько часов назад.
Обычно здесь, перед молокозаводом и около церкви, много людей и стоянка автомашин.
Несмотря на обстрелы, люди продолжают голосовать.

Честные люди на Западе, продолжают вести расследование деятельности технического секретариата Организации по запрещению химического оружия (ОЗХО), подпавшего под влияние сомнительных личностей и недружественных России государств. При этом эти активисты противостоят мощнейшей пропаганде Запада, навязывающей мировой общественности свое искажённое видение ситуации в Сирии.
В этом плане меня заинтересовала вышедшая на портале «Грейзон» статья исследователя Аaрона Матэ «Цепочка коррупции: как «белые каски» компрометировали расследования ОЗХО в Сирии». Материал будет особенно полезен для тех, кто интересуется геополитикой и тайными пружинами подковерного воздействия Запада на международные организации, включая манипулирования ими в своих целях.
В числе прочего можно многое узнать о подтасовке результатов деятельности миссии ОЗХО по установлению фактов применения химического оружия в Сирии. Рассказывается о том, как «белые каски» передавали ОЗХО пробы, сопровождали в Турцию специально подобранных свидетелей химических инцидентов, которые выступали против законного правительства Сирии. Напомню, что эта созданная в Турции гибридная структура неоднократно получала финансирование по линии британского Форин-Офиса и Госдепартамента США. «Белые каски» имеют весьма тесные отношения с террористическими группировками, действующими в многострадальной Сирии. Заигрывания ОЗХО с «белокасочниками» привели к игнорированию международными чиновниками основ своей работы по сбору данных, а западники тем самым получили возможность напрямую влиять на ход расследований ОЗХО.
В общем, рекомендую почитать смелую статью А.Матэ (вот здесь есть на русском), это приблизит к пониманию того, какие методы западники используют для достижения своих корыстных целей, не считаясь с международным статусом организаций системы ООН.

⚡ On September 29, 2022, President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed executive orders On Recognising the Kherson Region and On Recognising the Zaporozhye Region.
In accordance with the generally accepted principles and norms of international law, recognising and reaffirming the principle of equal rights and self-determination of the peoples as set forth in the United Nations Charter, and considering the will expressed by the people in the Kherson Region / Zaporozhye Region during the referendum held on September 27, 2022, I hereby order:
1. To recognise state sovereignty and independence of the Kherson Region / Zaporozhye Region.
2. This Executive Order shall enter into force upon its signing.
In accordance with the generally accepted principles and norms of international law, recognising and reaffirming the principle of equal rights and self-determination of the peoples as set forth in the United Nations Charter, and considering the will expressed by the people in the Kherson Region / Zaporozhye Region during the referendum held on September 27, 2022, I hereby order:

❗️ To this day, the countries of Asia and Africa are facing the harsh consequences of colonialism. This includes predatory exploitation of natural resources that caused irreparable damage to the environment, transformation of countries into de facto agricultural and raw materials appendages of the modern transnational corporations, aftermath of cultural colonialism.
⛓ One of the gravest crimes of colonialism was the transatlantic slave trade, which evolved into racial discrimination, ethnic and religious intolerance and xenophobia, which is flourishing today across the EU and the US.
🌐 Speaking about the colonial past, we must not forget the modern neocolonialism of the "collective West", which is one of the main reasons behind the current worsening inequality and the development gap between the world countries.

❗️ Today is the 81st anniversary of the tragedy in #BabiYar. On September 29-30, 1941, Nazi occupiers and collaborationists shot 33'771 people, Kiev’s almost entire Jewish population, in a ravine in the northwest of the city.
▪️ Babi Yar is the most tragic Holocaust location in Ukraine. It is often mentioned alongside Auschwitz and Birkenau. On September 29, 1941, the Jews in Kiev were all gathered in one place, taken to the edge of a ravine and shot, one after another.
▪️ Sonderkommando 4a, part of Einsatzgruppe C, was responsible for the massacre. The commander, Paul Blobel, was convicted at the Nuremberg Trials and then executed. Auxiliary police comprising Ukrainian nationalists also took part in murdering Jews.
▪️ Overall, from 1941 to 1943, over 120,000 people were killed in this place. They were mostly Jews, Roma, Poles and Soviet POWs. The mass executions continued until the Red Army liberated Kiev in November 1943.
