Отмечаем, что Осло демонстрирует предвзятый подход к российской инициативе по расследованию нарушений США и Украиной обязательств по Конвенции о запрещении биологического и токсинного оружия (КБТО) в контексте деятельности биолабораторий на украинской территории.

Норвегия поддерживает стремление западных стран отклонить поданную Россией в соответствии со статьей 6 Конвенции жалобу в СБ ООН на формальном основании – якобы «из-за отсутствия убедительных свидетельств» нарушения США и Украиной обязательств по КБТО.

Призываем перейти по приведенным ниже ссылкам, чтобы самостоятельно внимательно ознакомиться с представленными фактами и подробной аргументацией российской позиции.

Со своей стороны, Россия продолжит добиваться проведения расследования по существу претензий к военно-биологической деятельности США на Украине и вынесет на рассмотрение Совета проект резолюции СБ ООН об учреждении соответствующей комиссии.

Vi registrerer at Oslo viser en forutinntatt tilnærming angående det russiske initiativet om etterforskning av USA og Ukrainas brudd på forpliktelser innenfor Biologivåpenkonvensjonen i forbindelse med virksomheten av biolaboratorier på ukrainsk territorium.

Norge støtter ønsket av vestlige land om å avvise Russlands klage til FNs sikkerhetsråd i samsvar med konvensjonens 6. artikkel på det formelle grunnlaget om at det angivelig «mangler tydelige bevis» på at USA og Ukraina bryter Biologivåpenkonvensjonens forpliktelser.

Vi tilråder om å gå via lenken nedenfor og for å bli selv kjent nøye med fremstilte fakta og utvidet argumentasjon for det russiske standpunktet.

Fra sin side vil Russland fortsette å kreve på at det gjennomføres etterforskning av faglige påstander om USAs militærbiologiske virksomhet i Ukraina og sende til Sikkerhetsrådets vurdering et utkast av en resolusjon fra FNs sikkerhetsråd om at det skal utnevnes tilsvarende utvalg.

О рисках, связанных с поставками странами Запада
продукции военного назначения на Украину
В связи с постоянно звучащими на Западе призывами продолжать и наращивать поставки вооружений и военной техники (ВВТ) и обучение военнослужащих вооруженных сил Украины (ВСУ) для «победы над Россией» вынуждены подробно изложить российские оценки рисков, связанных с передачей продукции военного назначения (ПВН) и другими формами военной поддержки киевского режима.
Вместо этого призываем наших норвежских соседей задуматься над неоспоримым фактом: Норвегия вооружает и обучает людей, которые убивают россиян – военных и гражданских, – в то время как за тысячу лет отношений между нашими народами Россия никогда не обращала своего оружия в сторону Норвегии, кроме как для того, чтобы освободить ее северный регион от оккупации нацистской Германией.
Представители официального Осло, к счастью, отчетливо понимают и публично говорят, что никакой прямой военной угрозы Норвегии со стороны России нет.
В свою очередь, подтверждаем, что Москва последовательно рассматривает Север как зону мира, стабильности и низкой напряженности, открыта для добрососедских и взаимовыгодных отношений со всеми государствами, готовыми выстраивать их на основе взаимного уважения и учета интересов.

⚡️ В связи с сообщениями Минобороны России о причастности Британии к террористической атаке, совершённой 29 октября на корабли Черноморского флота в Севастополе, 3 ноября в МИД России была вызвана Посол Великобритании в Москве Д.Броннерт 🇬🇧

Послу был заявлен решительный протест в связи с активным участием британских военных специалистов в подготовке и снабжении подразделений сил специальных операций Украины, в том числе с целью проведения диверсионных операций на море. При этом были приведены конкретные факты такой активности Лондона.

❗️ В демарше подчёркивалось, что подобные конфронтационные действия англичан несут в себе угрозу эскалации ситуации и могут привести к непредсказуемым и опасным последствиям.

👉 Было указано на недопустимость подобных враждебных провокаций и выдвинуто требование незамедлительно их прекратить. В случае продолжения таких актов агрессии, чреватых прямым втягиванием в конфликт, вся ответственность за их пагубные последствия и рост напряжённости в отношениях между нашими государствами будет целиком лежать на британской стороне.

⚡️Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine
(24 November 2022)

💥On 23 November, Russian Armed Forces launched a massive attack using high-precision long-range air- and ground-based weaponry, at the military control system of Ukraine and energy facilities related to it. The goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised. The strike has disrupted the transfer by rail of the AFU reserves, foreign weapons, military equipment and munition to the areas of combat operations.

❗️Not a single strike was carried out against targets within the city limits of Kiev. All the destruction declared by the Kiev regime in the city was the result of foreign and Ukrainian air defence missiles falling in residential areas of the Ukrainian capital.

💥In Kupyansk direction, an attempt by the AFU units to attack Russian military positions has been thwarted by pre-emptive artillery fire and air strikes near Berestovoye (Kharkov region). Up to 60 Ukrainian soldiers, 1 armoured combat vehicle and 2 pick-up trucks have been eliminated.

💥In Krasniy Liman direction, the enemy's attempts with two company tactical groups to attack have been thwarted by active actions by Russian troops towards Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka (Lugansk People's Republic). More than 15 Ukrainian servicemen, one infantry combat vehicle, a mortar crew and three vehicles have been eliminated.

💥In South Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian army's attempts to counterattack towards Vladimirovka, Pavlovka and Vremevka have been thwarted as a result of the shelling.

◽️ In addition, as a result of pre-emptive artillery fire on the AFU company tactical group concentration area, an attempted attack by the enemy towards Levadnoye (Zaporozhye region), was thwarted. The enemy lost more than 50 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, 1 tank, 6 armoured combat vehicles and 3 vehicles.

💥Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised the command posts of the 3rd AFU Tank Brigade near Shevchenko (Kharkov region), and the 57th Mountain Assault Brigade near Kazatskoye (Kherson region), as well as 63 artillery units in firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 152 areas.

💥1 AFU Grad multiple-laucn rocket at a firing position near Liptsy (Kharkov region) has been hit within a counter-battery warfare.

💥1 US-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery radar station has been destroyed near Novogrigorovka (Kherson region). 2 US-made AN/TPQ-36 counter-battery radar stations have been destroyed in the areas of Konstantinovka and Seversk (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥4 unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down by air defence forces near Blagoveshchenka (Donetsk People's Republic), and Novopokrovka (Zaporozhye region).

📊In total, 333 airplanes and 177 helicopters, 2,558 unmanned aerial vehicles, 390 air defence missile systems, 6,791 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 902 fighting vehicles equipped with MLRS, 3,616 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 7,340 units of special military hardware have been destroyed during the special military operation.

Key points:

☝️ In the course of our special military operation, we have to oppose not only the formations of the Kiev regime, but also countries of the North Atlantic Alliance that provide all sorts of military support to Kiev and thus wage a proxy war on Russia. In order to weaken and destroy the military potential of our opponents, we launch high-precision strikes against energy and other infrastructure that is used to supply Ukrainian armed formations with weapons, first of all Western, facilitate their logistics and liaison.

❗️We cannot remember anyone in the West express any concern back in 2015, when through the fault of Ukraine the people of Crimea were left without water and electricity. To say nothing of the people of Donbas, who suffered from economic suffocation for eight years on end.

⚡️ The residential buildings become damaged and civilians get killed on account of Ukrainian air defense systems that are deployed in centers of Ukrainian cities rather than on the outskirts. As a result, wreckage of the missiles or stray Ukrainian missiles hit the facilities that we never targeted.

We launch strikes against the Ukrainian infrastructure in retaliation for the pumping-up of Ukraine with Western weapons and the reckless calls to Kiev to win a military victory over Russia. Undermining the combat capability of the Ukrainian army, which threatens the security and territorial integrity of Russia, is one of the goals of our special military operation. This task will be carried out by military means until the Kiev regime adopts a realistic position that would allow to negotiate and try to resolve the issues that forced us to start the SMO.

❗️ Western states seek to establish their geopolitical hegemony by proxy at the expense of Ukrainian lives.

👦🏻👧🏻 On November 22, the UN office in Geneva hosted the "UN Bazaar 2022 – United for Children". This annual charity event was made possible thanks to the efforts of the UN Women's Guild.

🇺🇳 At the event, opened by Director-General of UN Geneva Tatiana Valovaya, permanent missions sold souvenirs, food and beverages of their countries, treated guests to national cuisine and cultural performances. At the end of the day, all proceeds went to UN children's charity programs.

Ему было заявлено о недопустимости подобной практики.
Отметили, что приговоры в отношении россиян политически мотивированы и не имеют ничего общего с принципами справедливого и непредвзятого правосудия.

Kongeriket Norges ambassadør Robert Kvile ble tilkalt til Russlands Utenriksministerium 28. november i forbindelse med de siste månedenes anholdelser og rettssaker mot russiske statsborgere anklaget for påstått ulovlig bruk av ubemannede luftfartøy. Det ble erklært til ambassadøren at en slik praksis er uakseptabel.
Det ble bemerket at dommene mot russiske folk er politisk motiverte og har ingenting å gjøre med prinsipper av rettferdig og upartisk rettsvesen.

Norske myndigheter anmodes om å slutte med slike russiskfiendlige aksjoner og forfølgelse av russiske statsborgere på grunn av nasjonal tilhørighet.

💬 On November 30, the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany adopted a resolution recognising the 1932-1933 famine in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic as the genocide of the Ukrainian people and putting responsibility for it on the Soviet leadership. At the same time, it omitted to mention the fact that not only Ukraine, but the entire territory of our country was affected by the famine, which claimed millions of lives.

Closing their eyes to this fact, German MPs from the ruling coalition and the CDU/CSU opposition block have decided to vociferously support the political and ideological myth promoted by the Ukrainian authorities at the prompting of the far-right, Nazi and Russophobic forces. This is yet another attempt to provide justification and whip up the Western-sponsored campaign aimed at demonising Russia and setting Ukrainians against Russians and other ethnic groups in Russia and the former Soviet Union.

There is an obvious reason for the inflammatory Bundestag resolution, which is trying to take advantage of the terrible famine of 1932-1933. The Germans are trying to rewrite their history and to stop doing penance for the atrocities they committed during the Second World War. They seem to have regard for the ideological followers of the Ukrainian war criminals who hold annual torchlight marches under the banners of the SS Galicia Division.

The German political elite is making use of the alleged genocide of Ukrainians, which radical Ukrainian nationalists are blaming on the Soviet Union, in order to downplay Germany’s responsibility. They are trying to erode the memory of the unprecedented crimes against humanity committed by Nazi Germany during WWII <...>.

⚠️ It is a shame that the Bundestag has taken such an immoral decision, which is reviving the Nazi ideology of racial hatred and discrimination and is an attempt to deny responsibility for war crimes.
