🗓 On April 16, 2025, the 15th round of #RussiaPakistan Consultative Group on Strategic Stability was held in Islamabad, co-chaired by Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Ryabkov and Additional Foreign Secretary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Tahir Andrabi.
The two Sides held detailed discussions on international security, regional and global stability and various aspects of arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation.
The Parties also exchanged views on issues related to the agenda of the First Committee of the UN General Assembly, the Conference on Disarmament, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the Biological Weapons Convention.
In addition, matters related to Space, International Information Security, and New & Emerging Technologies, including the military use of artificial intelligence, came under discussion.
The two Sides expressed satisfaction with the convergence of views on a wide range of issues discussed. In this regard, they decided to maintain close coordination both bilaterally and at relevant international platforms.
🤝 It was agreed to hold the 16th meeting of the Group next year in Moscow.

Пасха — главный праздник христиан, знаменующий собой Воскресение Христово и окончание Великого поста. В России верующие готовят традиционные праздничные пасхальные угощения – куличи и яйца, которые красят в разные цвета, прежде всего в красный, что символизирует кровь и страдания Христа.
За день до Пасхи люди относят приготовленную для праздничного стола еду в Храм, где служитель церкви освящает ее. А в ночь на Пасху проходит праздничное богослужение и крестный ход вокруг церкви.
В воскресенье верующие отмечают праздник в семейном кругу, ходят в гости к родственникам и приветствуют друг друга словами: «Христос Воскресе!»— «Воистину воскресе», разнося благую весть.
Люди угощают друг друга куличами, играют в пасхальные игры, самая известная из которых — «битки»: бьются носиками яиц, выясняя, чье крепче. Считается, что победителя ждем удача весь следующий год. В городах и, особенно, в деревнях, проходят шумные гуляния, с ярмарками, мастер-классами, конкурсами и хороводами.

Easter is the principal Christian holiday, celebrating Jesus Christ's Resurrection and the end of Lent. In Russia, believers prepare traditional Easter treats - kulich and eggs, painted in different colors, especially red, which symbolizes the blood and suffering of Christ.
On Easter Eve, believers attend the Easter Vigil. The holiday treats are blessed during this service, which is followed by a procession around the church or through the city.
On Sunday, people celebrate with their families, visit each other's homes and greet each other with the words "Christ is risen!" — "Indeed, He is risen!", spreading the Good News.
People treat each other to kulich and play Easter games. One such game is egg fight: tapping two eggs together to find out which one is stronger. The person whose egg doesn't crack wins and is believed to earn good luck for the next year. In towns and villages, large festivities are organized, including fairs, workshops, contests and circle dances.
