Основные тезисы:

🔹Наблюдаем беспрецедентное давление в рамках «общей» кампании, которую некоторые западные политики называют «тотальной войной» против России, в которой все средства хороши.

🔹Эта многонациональная бюрократия, воспроизводящая себя сама и находящаяся в Брюсселе, пытается подчинить себе все без исключения государства, сконцентрировать все действия по установлению норм в штаб-квартире Евросоюза и лишить страны-члены максимального количества действий, которые они могут принимать самостоятельно.

🔹 Видим попытку США, Евросоюза, НАТО навязать свою гегемонию далеко не только на Балканах, но и в других регионах мира, практически повсюду. Убежден, что большинство стран мира понимают, что это путь, загоняющий всех в тупик.

🔹 Что касается изоляции, то её нет. Об изоляции говорят те, кто ментально, идеологически смирился с неизбежностью диктатуры Запада на мировой арене. Эта диктатура поддерживается, прежде всего, им самим. Он не хочет терять свои позиции. Запад был доминирующим игроком в мире на протяжении 500 с лишним лет. Сейчас пришла другая эпоха – формирования многополярного миропорядка.

🔹 Запад пытается показывать так называемую «изоляцию», в которой якобы оказалась Россия путем предъявления всем арифметических результатов голосования в ООН. Знаем, как эти результаты достигаются, какому беспардонному шантажу подвергаются развивающиеся страны, какие угрозы звучат в адрес лично представителей этих стран в ООН и в других организациях. Для нас это означает только одно: США и страны Запада, которые подыгрывают такому грубому, неприкрытому шантажу, сами боятся оказаться в изоляции.

🔹 США «подмяли» под себя всю Европу, и не только руководят НАТО, но и Европейским союзом. Если говорить про демократии и автократии, то это «сообщество демократий» в виде США, НАТО и Евросоюза по отношению к другим представителям мирового сообщества является откровенной автократией, если не диктатурой.

🔹 Наши западные коллеги «наплевать» хотели на суверенное равенство государств и на международное право в том числе. Они и этот термин уже не употребляют, они говорят сейчас, что все страны обязаны следовать законам миропорядка, основанного на правилах. Правила означают только одно: их устанавливает Запад. Все остальные должны подчиниться.

🔹 В изоляции ощущают себя те, кто не представлял себе жизни без этих так называемых «западных ценностей» и без того, чтобы их с распростертыми объятиями или более-менее благосклонно, принимали на Западе. Есть в этой жизни гораздо более важные вещи. Ими руководствуется подавляющее большинство стран и цивилизаций на этой планете.

🔹 Надо уважать друг друга, а не пытаться всем навязать, причем грубейшими методами, свои собственные псевдоценности, которым «без году неделя». Они появились, когда развился неолиберализм, и пытаются подавить тысячелетиями создававшиеся культуры и цивилизации. Это тупиковый путь. Эти попытки продолжатся еще какое-то время. Но в историческом плане эта линия обречена.

❗️Обратили внимание на сегодняшнее заявление Генерального секретаря ООН с призывом к России обеспечить режим прекращения огня на Украине для проведения гуманитарных операций.

❗️Сожалеем, что в том же самом заявлении А.Гутерреш не дал оценку действий тех членов СБ ООН, которые 23 марта торпедировали усилия российской делегации по исполнению всеми сторонами условий для работы гуманитарщиков «на земле».

🔸Against the backdrop of stamping odious press releases, it is surprising that OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and other #OSCE functionaries did not react to numerous cases of violation of the rights of Russian 🇷🇺and Russian-speaking citizens in the EU member states. Such boundless Russophobia is mind-boggling.

🔸We would you like to ask director of @osce_odihr about the absence of the comments on the statements of Ukrainian TV presenter Fakhrudin Sharafmal, who called on air for killing of Russian children 👶🏻? We hope this is not out of sympathy for the ideas promoted by this person.

🔸As before, ODIHR's activities remained geographically and thematically unbalanced. Social and economic rights, issues of statelessness, the rights of the child, migrants and refugees, as well as non-discrimination of Christians remain without due attention.

🔸Despite the significant work of @osce_odihr on the electoral issue, it still has many flaws. These are “double standards” in describing electoral processes in countries “west and east of Vienna”, as well as a continuing imbalance in the geography of deployment and the size of missions.

🔸На фоне штампования одиозных пресс-релизов удивляет отсутствие реакции БДИПЧ и других функционеров #ОБСЕ на многочисленные случаи попрания прав русских 🇷🇺 и русскоязычных граждан в странах-членах ЕС. Такая безграничная русофобия вызывает оторопь.

🔸Хотели бы поинтересоваться у директора @osce_odihr причиной, почему нет комментариев на заявления украинского телеведущего Ф.Шарафмала, который в прямом эфире призывал к убийствам русских детей 👶🏻? Надеемся, что это не из-за сочувствия к продвигаемым этим лицом идеям.

🔸Как и прежде, деятельность БДИПЧ оставалась географически и тематически несбалансированной. Без должного внимания остаются социальные и экономические права, вопросы безгражданства, права ребенка, права мигрантов и беженцев, недискриминация христиан.

🔸Несмотря на значительную работу БДИПЧ по электоральной теме, в ней, как и прежде, много изъянов. Это «двойные стандарты» при описании избирательных процессов в странах к «западу и востоку от Вены», а также сохраняющийся дисбаланс в географии развертывания и размере миссий.

🎙 Statement of Russia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in connection with the appeal of the UN Secretariat to ensure a ceasefire in Ukraine

💬 We took note of today’s statement by the UN Secretary-General calling on Russia to ensure a ceasefire in Ukraine for humanitarian operations.

We regret that in the same statement Antonio Guterres did not give any assessment of the actions of those members of the UN Security Council who on March 23 torpedoed the efforts of the Russian delegation to form conditions for the work of humanitarian workers on the ground that are binding for all parties to implement.

Once again, we remind of the content of the Russian draft of truly humanitarian resolution of the UN Security Council on Ukraine 👇

1) a call to establish a ceasefire and have humanitarian pauses to facilitate safe evacuation of civilians, as well as enabling unimpeded exit (free from any discrimination) from the territory of Ukraine to all those willing to leave;
2) a call to not attack critical infrastructure;
3) calls to not place heavy equipment in residential quarters and densely populated areas;
4) protection of humanitarian and medical personnel;
5) proper protection of the sick and wounded;
6) humane treatment of detainees;
7) protection of civilians, especially women and children.

☝️ We regret that the efforts of humanitarian workers in this country are becoming hostages to the geopolitical ambitions of the Western curators of Kiev.

We are still ready to cooperate with colleagues in the UN Security Council on the humanitarian track in Ukraine. We are open to discuss all the modalities. Daily humanitarian corridors are being open. The Russian Armed Forces guarantee safe evacuation through them to everyone who wishes to do so.

🎙 Comment by Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on the outcomes of the European Council meeting in Brussels on March 24-25, 2022

💬 The results of the European Council’s meeting, held jointly with US leaders, reaffirmed the fact that the collective West needs Ukraine – a country that is completely controlled by Washington and in the grips of Russophobia – only as a geopolitical battering ram against Russia. This is why Ukrainian neo-Nazis are given money, weapons and ammunition which they use to kill civilians. They receive assurances of solidarity and unconditional support, and the cities destroyed by the neo-Nazis, whose residents are hiding from them in basements, are declared bastions of freedom and European values. However, the Kiev authorities’ mistaken bet is that the aggressive anti-Russian policy they are enthusiastically pursuing will hasten the day that they receive a “membership card” in the EU. Questions about Ukraine’s EU prospects are invariably answered with polite excuses.

The EU leaders’ attempts to assume the role of defenders of international law while accusing Russia of violating it are particularly inappropriate. As a reminder, in circumvention of the UN Security Council, the Western countries unleashed a series of military “humanitarian interventions” in former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya and Syria and have been turning a blind eye to the genocide organised by Kiev in Donbass for many years now. With regard to “war crimes,” since 2014 Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened hundreds of criminal cases against the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions for the atrocities they have committed against civilians in Donbass.

The EU calls for Russia to provide humanitarian corridors in Ukraine are part of these attempts as well. Over the past weeks, the Russian Defence Ministry has been opening, on a daily basis, humanitarian corridors going in a variety of directions for civilians and Ukrainian military who have laid down their arms.

☝️ Brussels vows to impose more sanctions on Russia if necessary, failing to mention that only the United States will benefit from them, since it is profiting from the outflow of capital from the EU and increased exports of weapons and LNG at exorbitant prices to European markets. With their actions, the bureaucrats in Brussels are, in fact, undermining the EU countries’ economies, which they poorly understand to begin with. They are dooming Europe and everyday Europeans to the demolition of the existing socially oriented economic model and way of life amid skyrocketing prices for electricity and fuel, as well as cuts in social benefits in favour of military budgets, runaway inflation and mass unemployment.

As for the decision adopted by the European Council regarding the “reconstruction of a democratic Ukraine” and the establishment of a dedicated foundation towards this end, we consider it a belated decision. As we know, Ukraine's evolution towards democracy was suspended in February 2014, when an unconstitutional coup was carried out in Kiev at the behest of Western countries. Ukraine and its neighbours have been reaping the consequences for over eight straight years already. Now is the time for decisive measures to de-Nazify and demilitarise Ukraine, which is what the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are doing. We remain confident that once these measures have been fully implemented, the Ukrainian people will return to a peaceful and neighbourly path of development. The European Union, as well as its Western partners, has yet to realise the tragic consequences of flooding an aggressive neo-Nazi regime in central Europe with money and weapons.

💬 На фоне специальной военной операции по защите ДНР и ЛНР, демилитаризации и денацификации Украины США и их сателлиты предпринимают массированную кибероперацию против нашей страны.

Фактически ежедневно мощным ударам с применением продвинутых информационно-коммуникационных технологий подвергаются государственные учреждения, средства массовой информации, объекты критической инфраструктуры, системы жизнеобеспечения.

☝️ По сути, против нас ведет войну армия кибернаемников, перед которыми стоят конкретные боевые задачи, нередко граничащие с открытым терроризмом.

Запад отреагировал на действия России по защите народа Донбасса агрессивной антироссийской риторикой. Следствием политики Запада стало массовое нарушение прав россиян за рубежом, имеющее беспрецедентный характер.

🔻 Нападения на российские посольства и дипломатические представительства в странах Запада
🔻 Нарушения прав россиян, в т.ч. детей, в странах Европы, США, Канаде и Австралии
🔻 Кампания против российских журналистов
🔻 Давление и преследования в отношении деятелей российской культуры

Происходит массовое нарушение ряда статей Всеобщей декларации прав человека. Речь идет о нарушениях таких фундаментальных прав, как
👉 право на жизнь, свободу и личную неприкосновенность,
👉 право на личную и семейную жизнь,
👉 право на свободу мысли, совести и религии,
👉 право на свободу убеждений, на их свободное выражение, свободу искать, получать и распространять информацию и др.

🔻 Нападения на российские посольства и дипломатические представительства носят массовый и организованный характер, отмечаются исключительно в странах Запада, то есть государствах, осуществляющих санкционную войну против Российской Федерации. Это позволяет сделать вывод о том, что нападения являются спланированной акцией.

🔻 Проявления дискриминации в отношении россиян за рубежом весьма разнообразны и заставляют провести параллели с печальными событиями угнетения евреев в нацистской Германии, начиная с 1933 года.

🔻 Серьезной травле подвергаются дети, учащиеся в английских школах, как элитных, так и обычных: над ними насмехаются, их избивают, закидывают яйцами и рвут вещи. «Ты преступник!», «Собирай чемодан и вали в свою Россию!» — такое слышат русские школьники. Некоторым на партах рисуют свастику.

🔻 Кампания против российских журналистов началась на Западе уже достаточно давно. Сейчас эта кампания против свободы слова вышла на качественно новый уровень. Наблюдается очевидная попытка не допустить проникновение в информационное пространство объективной информации о ситуации на Украине.

🔻 Западные санкции преграждают доступ к достижениям культуры, информации, мешают развитию сотрудничества в сфере культуры и спорта и даже личностным контактам.

☝️ Эти действия несовместимы с представлениями о демократическом и цивилизованном обществе.

О накачке Украины вооружениями со стороны западных стран

💬 Несмотря на то, что украинские граждане экстренно нуждаются в гуманитарной помощи, страны Запада наращивают поставки на Украину не мирных грузов, а вооружений всех типов. Среди них – стрелковое оружие, противотанковые управляемые ракеты, противотанковые ракетные комплексы, переносные зенитные ракетные комплексы, боеприпасы и оборудование. Особенно преуспевают США, которые не скупятся тратить на эти цели миллиарды долларов. Перевалочным пунктом выступает Польша.

Из западного оружия украинские вооруженные формирования обстреливают населенные пункты, убивают мирных жителей. Донецк, Макеевка, Горловка, Ясиноватая, Докучаевск – эти и другие города Донбасса регулярно подвергаются украинским обстрелам из тяжелых вооружений, в т.ч. ракетного комплекса «Точка-У». Однако на Западе в принципе этого не замечают.

Key points:

🔹 We are seeing unprecedented pressure as part of a general campaign, which some Western politicians call an all-out war against Russia where all means are justified.

🔹 This multi-ethnic self-reproducing bureaucracy with a seat in Brussels is trying to subjugate all countries without exception and concentrate all efforts to establishing rules and standards at the headquarters of the European Union, reducing to a minimum what its member countries can do on their own.

🔹 We are seeing attempts by the US, the EU and NATO to impose their hegemony on others, not only in the Balkans but also in the rest of the world –virtually everywhere else. I am convinced that most of the countries around the world realise that this is the path to a deadlock.

🔹 The United States has subdued the entire Europe. As for democracies and autocracies, this “community of democracies” represented by the US, NATO and the EU has become an integral whole (under US command). It is an overt autocracy if not a dictatorship as regards other members of the international community.

🔹Isolation doesn’t exist and is brought up exclusively by those who, mentally and ideologically, have resigned themselves to the inevitability of a Western dictatorship on the global stage. This dictatorship is supported primarily by the West itself which is loath to lose its positions. The West has been the world's dominant player for over 500 years now. A different era – the forming of a multipolar international order – is now here.

🔹 The West is trying to showcase the so-called “isolation” in which the Russian Federation allegedly found itself by presenting the mathematical results of the UN vote. We are aware of how they get these results and the kind of shameless blackmail the developing countries are subjected to, and personal threats against the representatives of these countries at the UN or other organisations. For us, this means only one thing: the United States and the Western countries that are playing along with this crude and undisguised blackmail are themselves afraid of being isolated.

🔹 Our Western colleagues did not give a damn (excuse me for this expression) about the sovereign equality of states or international law, generally speaking. They no longer use the latter term. They are saying now that all countries must follow the laws of a rules-based order. The rules mean only one thing – they are established by the West. Everyone else must obey. This is a typical example of autocracy and dictatorship that uses an ultimatum.

🔹 Isolation is the lot of those who couldn’t imagine their life without so-called “Western values” and without the welcoming embrace or at least a more or less warm reception in the West. Meanwhile, there are much more important things in life. They are a loadstar for the overwhelming majority of states and civilisations on this planet.

🔹 It is necessary to respect each other rather than impose one’s pseudo values in an aggressive manner. These have only existed for a short time. They appeared with the development of neo-liberalism and are used to discontinue millennia-old cultures and civilisations. This path is a dead-end. These attempts will continue for a while, but they are doomed in the historical perspective.

💬 In the context of the special military operation launched to defend the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics and to demilitarise and denazify Ukraine, the United States and its satellites are waging a large-scale cyberattack against Russia.

Advanced information and communication technologies are being used almost every day to attack government agencies, media outlets, critical infrastructure and vital facilities.

☝️ In fact, this cyberwar is being waged by an army of cyber mercenaries who have been given concrete combat tasks that often border on terrorism.

❗️ Nobody must have any doubt that the cyber aggression being waged against Russia will have dramatic consequences for its inspirers and operators. The sources of these attacks will be identified, and the culprits will inevitably be called to account for their activities in accordance with the law.

🇷🇺🇫🇷 Presidents Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron held a telephone conversation.

The discussion of current developments in Ukraine continued, including in the context of another round of talks between Russian and Ukrainian representatives that concluded today in Istanbul.

❗️ Special consideration was given to humanitarian issues. The President of Russia informed his counterpart about the measures taken by Russian military personnel to provide emergency humanitarian aid and ensure the safe evacuation of civilians, including from Mariupol. It was emphasised that in order to resolve the difficult humanitarian situation in that city, Ukrainian nationalist militants must stop resisting and lay down their weapons.

Issues related to the decision to switch to ruble payments for Russian natural gas deliveries, in particular to the EU countries, were also touched on.

It was agreed to maintain contact.

❗️По свидетельствам сдавшихся в плен украинских военнослужащих в националистические батальоны систематически поступают указания от киевских властей на подготовку постановочных видеосюжетов о бесчинствах и массовых убийствах мирных граждан, мародерстве и разрушениях социальной инфраструктуры, совершенных якобы российскими военнослужащими.

❗️Особый цинизм националистов заключается в том, что для выполнения подобных заказов они идут на все, не жалея ни женщин, ни стариков, ни детей. Задача таких материалов – создание негативного информационного фона вокруг проведения специальной военной операции Вооруженными Силами России.

❗️Но несмотря на это, большая часть населения Украины, зная истинное положение дел «на земле», ищет любые возможности эвакуации в Российскую Федерацию.

❓There are video clips on the internet showing how fighters from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) humiliate Russian POWs and they record their murder. What do the defenders of human rights in the Council of Europe and the OSCE ODIHR say about this?

💬 Maria Zakharova: They remain silent. They don’t react in any way to these war crimes and flagrant violations of international humanitarian law. Russophobia blinds them.

Nobody in Strasbourg has raised the issue of expelling Ukraine from the Council of Europe even though there are plenty reasons to do so. ODIHR Director Matteo Mecacci is focusing his anger on Russia alone. Moral and ethical principles and political integrity have been lost. What can we discuss with these institutions?

This silence means complicity in the committed atrocities. Complicity is also a crime.

❗️This list of problems caused by Kiev is expanding. There is an increased danger of floating Ukrainian mines at sea. Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey have already faced or are about to face this perilous problem. In this context, let me underscore that Russian armed forces pose no threat to freedom of civil navigation.

👉 Washington and its allies have a choice now. They can choose to stop fueling Ukrainian crisis, delivering weapons to the Kiev regime, and provoking a global food crisis and hunger in a number of states.
