Фейк: Украинские СМИ показали фото мертвых детей из Бучи.

Правда: Провокации со стороны украинских СМИ становятся все ужаснее и безграмотнее. Первыми фотографии мертвых детей с припиской, что это – новые жертвы в Ирпене и Буче начали появляться на проукраинских телеграм-каналах, например, "Униан" и "Киев. Главное". Когда выяснилось, что информация является недостоверной, им пришлось удалять посты и приносить свои извинения (см. скриншот). Также показателен сегодняшний случай Алексея Арестовича, который сначала опубликовал шокирующий пост о девушке, якобы убитой в Гостомеле. После того как выяснилось, что жертву убили националисты в Мариуполе, Алексей спешно извинился и удалил свои публикации.

Поиск по фото помог определить, что фото мертвых детей в сети появилось 12 марта, причем связано оно с удаленной статьей "Новой газеты" (ссылка на архив), посвященной Николаеву. Фото также используется в статье от 30 марта. Тела детей описываются так: Арина Дмитриевна Бутым и Вероника Александровна Бирюкова. Были доставлены 5 марта в 17.00. Жили в селе Мешково-Погорелово.

Официальный брифинг МО РФ за 5 марта сообщает, что в тот день силами РФ были заняты населенные пункты Новониколаевка, Комсомольское, Шевченко в Николаевской области.

В Николаеве ВС РФ не было, были ракетные и авиационные удары по военным объектам, расположенным в городе и его окрестностях. В частности, село Гороховка, где базировался (2082)-й зенитный ракетный дивизион, укомплектованный зенитно-ракетными комплексами ПВО С-300. Связанные руки детей четко дают понять, что погибли они не из-за артобстрелов.

🇷🇺🇺🇳 On April 4, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA) and Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths.

They had an in-depth discussion about pressing items on the international humanitarian agenda with an emphasis on the situation in Ukraine. The Russian side provided detailed assessments of the events in the town of Bucha near Kiev, emphasising that what happened there was an outright provocation aimed at portraying Russia as guilty of crimes that had been committed after the Russian Armed Forces had withdrawn from that town.

With regard to the situation in Ukraine in general, it was mentioned that it was important to provide urgent and comprehensive help to everyone in need in the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, without politicisation, discrimination or any preconditions.

⚡️ Foreign Ministry statement regarding Twitter’s act of censorship ⚡️

❗️ On April 5, the US social media company Twitter resorted to a blatant act of censorship by concealing a post on the Russian Foreign Ministry’s official account in English behind a warning that it violates the platform’s rules. The post covered the main points of the Russian Defence Ministry’s statement about the provocation in the Ukrainian town of Bucha and a link to the full text of the statement. The material was marked as "offensive" (supposedly violating "abusive behaviour"... with facts apparently) and the ability of Twitter users to share it has been drastically curtailed. This is the first time such a restriction has been placed on the Foreign Ministry’s verified account since it was created in 2011.

We regard this step as clear confirmation that Twitter as well as other US tech companies are direct participants in an unprecedented act of information aggression launched by Washington and its satellites, which is designed to shape international public opinion, creating a vastly distorted picture of events in Ukraine. Large-scale measures are being taken to conceal the horrendous crimes committed by the Kiev regime that is steeped in Nazi ideology. The fabrication of pretexts for ramping up political and sanctions pressure on Russia and flooding Ukraine with an endless supply of weapons continues unabated. Before it was censored, the post was seen by over two million users, mainly outside of Russia. Obviously, the widespread interest prompted Twitter executives to resort to these unscrupulous methods.

☝️ We demand that Twitter immediately restore access to this post. There can be no place for bias in the company’s content moderation in the future. Otherwise, it may acquire a reputation as an accomplice to the Kiev regime’s atrocities.

💬 In the past few days, the propaganda machine of the West and Ukraine has focused exclusively on fueling hysteria over video taken, as we understand, by the military and security service of Ukraine in the city of Bucha, Kiev Region.

☝️ Assertions of “war crimes” committed by the Russian Armed Forces in the course of the special military operation have repeatedly been proved false at the detailed briefings by the Russian Defence Ministry, our Ministry and the Permanent Mission to the UN where we held a special news conference yesterday.

❓ The question, then, is what purpose does this blatantly false provocation serve? We are inclined to view it as a pretext to torpedo the ongoing negotiations at a time when some light, however dim, has appeared at the end of the tunnel.

🔺В те же дни в этом населенном пункте побывал депутат Верховной Рады Ж.Беленюк, который разместил в своих соцсетях фото с улиц города, а в комментариях к ним не указал какой-либо информации о телах на улицах. Так что же произошло в действительности?

🔺2 апреля национальная полиция Украины на своих официальных ресурсах опубликовала видеозапись, как спецподразделения ВСУ входят в #Буча. На кадрах не видно погибших среди мирного населения. Особо отмечено, что украинские вооруженные формирования приступили к зачистке

🔺На другом видео, опубликованном лидером вошедших в город представителей «территориальной обороны» С.Коротких, отчетливо слышно, как они консультируются друг другом, можно ли стрелять по людям, на которых нет синих нарукавных повязок. Слышен и утвердительный ответ

🔺Нас не удивляет, что все так называемые «свидетельства преступлений» в Буче появились лишь через несколько дней, когда в город прибыли сотрудники СБУ и представители украинского ТВ

🔺Одновременно заметки о Буче появились сразу в нескольких зарубежных изданиях. При этом подобных материалов не было ни сразу после ухода из Бучи российских войск, ни сразу после входа туда украинских вооруженных формирований

🔺Информпровокация с инсценировкой массовых убийств в #Буча якобы российскими военными несет прямую угрозу международному миру и безопасности. Россия дважды требовала созвать внеочередное заседание СБ ООН по ситуации в Буче. Однако в его проведении нам было отказано 🇬🇧

🔺За время нахождения Бучи под контролем российских ВС ни один местный житель не пострадал от каких-либо насильственных действий. Напротив, в населенные пункты Киевской области российскими военными было доставлено и выдано мирным жителям свыше 452 тонн гумпомощи.

🛑We strongly disagree with the assessments of the Polish Chairmanship-in-Office in relation to the situation in the city of #Bucha, Kiev region. They are based solely on propaganda fakes of the Kiev regime, picked up also by a number of OSCE participating States

👉The photo and video materials published by Kiev, allegedly testifying to some "crimes" of Russian military personnel in #Bucha, are a staged provocation. The goal is obvious - to slander the Russian Armed Forces in order to achieve practical goals for Kiev in the international political arena

🔺On March 29, the Russian Armed Forces left Bucha. On March 30, it was announced by @mod_Russia. A day later, the mayor A.Fedoruk, who had previously fled, returned in Bucha and announced in his video message the inspection of the entire city, where he did not say a word about any bodies on the streets

🔺On the same days, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Zh.Beleniuk also visited Bucha and posted photos from the streets on his social networks. In the comments to his publications he did not indicate any information about the bodies on the streets. So what really happened there?

🔺On April 2, the National Police of Ukraine published a video recording of how the special forces of Ukraine Armed Forces of enter Bucha. The footage does not show the dead among the civilian population. It was especially noted that the Ukrainian armed formations began to clean up

🔺In another video published by the leader of the representatives of the “territorial defense” S.Korotkikh who entered the city, one can clearly hear how they consult each other whether it is possible to shoot at people who are not wearing blue armbands. An affirmative answer was also heard

🔺We are not surprised that all the so-called "evidence of crimes" in Bucha appeared only a few days later, when SBU officers and representatives of Ukrainian TV arrived in the city

🔺Simultaneously publications about Bucha appeared in several foreign media outlets. At the same time, there were no such materials either immediately after the withdrawal of Russian troops from Bucha, or immediately after the Ukrainian armed formations entered there

🔺The information provocation w/staging of massacres in Bucha allegedly by Russian military poses a direct threat to international peace & security. Russia twice demanded to convene an extraordinary meeting of #UNSC on situation in Bucha. However, it was denied by #UK

‼During the time that Bucha was under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, not a single local resident suffered from any violence. On the contrary, over 452 tons of humanitarian aid were delivered to civilians of the settlements of Kiev region by Russian military

👉Fakes about are not the first in a series of Ukrainian propaganda efforts to denigrate the actions of the Russian military and create the necessary emotional background for making anti-Russian political decisions

❗️ The young are the target audience of the provocation in Bucha

A generational shift is underway among Western politicians.

The Economist, a mouthpiece of radical liberalism, recently published the results of a poll of the views of US citizens on the events in Ukraine. The editorial board was stunned by the outcome: half of Americans under 30 are not interested in who wins the conflict and a mere 47 percent of them still believe the propaganda myth of “the deliberate targeting of Ukrainian civilians by Russian forces.” Slightly more, 56 percent, sympathise with Ukraine to some extent, but this is still 36 points lower than for respondents over 30. Sociologists have also discovered a strong generational divide in views of the current crisis in France and Britain.

It appears that several months of mass brainwashing of the population in the West with anti-Russia clichés and disinformation failed to produce the desired effect. The most active and passionate segment of society – or, in simple terms, those to whom the future belongs – refuse to see Russia as an outright enemy and an absolute evil. This is surely concerning to the powers that be.

The generational shift in US and European politics may come very quickly. Some figures like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Marion Marechal-Le Pen broke into the political firmament at fairly young age. There is also Sebastian Kurz who became foreign minister at 27 and chancellor at 31. More wunderkinds are on the way. The so-called Millennials are rapidly strengthening positions thanks to their peers’ protest activities, and this trend will only accelerate.

The provocation in Bucha is designed not so much for older people, who already believe passionately in Russia’s evil, as for the younger generation. It is no accident that photos and videos from the scene flooded social media in the first minutes of this information campaign. The goals of the provocation are simple: to take the legs out from under all those who doubt the correctness of the Western “crusade” against Russia, to convince young Americans and Europeans to forget about the crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazi, and to bury forever the hopes for constructive dialogue. Nobody will even think about ending the senseless sanctions on our country.

❗️ The perpetrators of this incident obviously smelled blood (both figuratively and literally) and are not going to stop. New discoveries and accusations are bound to follow. After all, this is no longer a psychological war against Russia, where over 80 percent of the population support President Vladimir Putin’s course of action and the chances of rocking the boat are close to zero. This is a war for the hearts and minds of people in Western countries. In launching this economic onslaught against Moscow, Washington and Brussels simply forgot to ask their opinion. However elaborate or cynical the next provocations may be, though, they will not change the general dynamics – time is not on the side of Biden and his allies. It is just a pity that the lives and fates of ordinary Ukrainians are again being used as a bargaining chip in this high-stakes game.

At the talks in Istanbul on March 29, 2022, Ukrainian representatives set forth in writing their vision for a treaty on Ukraine’s status and security guarantees for the first time during contacts between our delegations.

☝️ In order for us to make real progress, instead of just the appearance of progress, we insist that Kiev be sent an unambiguous message not to resort to sabotage. Otherwise, we risk repeating the fate of the Minsk agreements. And that is something we will never do.

🔺При этом, со стороны Российской Федерации подготовка украинских военнопленных по большому списку в количестве 251 украинского военнослужащего была проведена в полном объеме, включая их доставку в исходный район для обмена. Учитывая изложенное, у российской стороны есть все основания полагать, что с военнослужащими Вооруженных Сил России, находящимися в плену, не все в порядке.

🔺Достоверно установлено, что к российским военнослужащим применяются пытки, насилие, издевательства, которые своей бесчеловечностью копируют действия карателей в годы Великой Отечественной войны, и все это широко распространяется в сети Интернет и средствах массовой информации. Подобные вопиющие факты остаются, к сожалению, без внимания мировой общественности, в том числе ООН, ОБСЕ и МККК.

🔺В случае непринятия мер со стороны МККК и других гуманитарных организаций Российская Федерация оставляет за собой право инициировать в ближайшее время созыв экстренного заседания совета безопасности ООН по данному вопросу и потребовать детального отчета от представителя Украины и руководства МККК об условиях содержания и состоянии здоровья российских военнослужащих.

О проводимой рядом западных стран кампании по «отмене русской культуры»

💬 Запад ужаснулся самому себе, запустив очередную кампанию по «отмене русской культуры». Что мы только ни видели в её рамках. Это не праведный гнев, а то, что разжигается в людях. Это делается «профессионалами».

Вот, к примеру, заявление вице-премьера, министра культуры и национального наследия Польши П.Глиньского о том, что «российская культура должна исчезнуть из общественного пространства». Кто ты такой, Министр культуры Польши, чтобы такое говорить? Кто дал такое право? Не хватит миллиарда лет, чтобы изучить тот предмет, который он хочет отменить. Даже его границы не может осознать, говоря о русской культуре. Как вообще могут быть назначены люди ответственными за культуру, если хотят отменить культуру наций и народов? Да, такое было в истории – в 1930-1940-е гг. С этим и боремся.

С сожалением констатируем, что на Западе стремительно прогрессирует русофобия, а принимаемые дикие меры нарушают все принципы цивилизованного поведения.

Наше неформальное заседание СБ по угрозам от американских биолабораторий в Европе оказалось весьма успешным и своевременным.

Докладчики были на высоте, собравшиеся члены СБ и не входящие в него члены ООН не скучали и получили много полезной информации. Отсутствовали лишь главные фигуранты - американцы и их приспешники англичане, что лишь усилило подозрения в том, что Вашингтону есть что скрывать.

В ходе обсуждения незападные члены СБ звучали заинтересованно, призывали прояснить вопросы, которые затрагивали докладчики. Западные же выглядели как советские делегаты на западном конгрессе: ничего не сказали по делу, зато вывалили кучу идеологизированных штампов о зловредности «российской пропаганды». Кажется, после холодной войны мы с ними окончательно поменялись местами…

В итоге у нас и у докладчиков возник справедливый вопрос: раз американские лаборатории такие безвредные и даже полезные, как утверждают американские сателлиты, почему бы европейцам или канадцам не разместить их у себя? Ответа, разумеется, не последовало.

Some personal reflections on the upcoming UNGA vote on Russia’s membership in Human Rights Council on April 7

This is a landmark motion by the US and its allies which risks to have devastating consequences for the UN System.

This vote is not about Russia-Ukraine conflict or alleged Russia’s human rights violations - these claims are far from being verified and proven. And given the number of clear fakes, stagings and provocations (like infamous Bucha false flag operation) it’s rather a premeditated tactical move.

It’s a dangerous precedent when a group of Western states tries to impose their rules and preferences on the others. That’s how the “rules based international order” promoted by the West looks like: unscrupulous colonial blackmail under the guise of a noble cause.

Russia plays an important ballancing role, its removal from HRC will deprive developing countries of a vocal and powerful defender. That’s why Western countries are keen to do it and strike the ballance in their favor. US Representative to the UN has already announced the desired score: all 140 countries who supported recent UNGA resolution should come to heel.

This whole situation gives away a bigger picture: Western countries’ desire to undermine UN institutions behind the smokescreen of punishing Russia. By doing so they risk to destroy the basement of current multilateral system which emerged after WW2 and has been saving the world from WW3

The show that we will see in the GA tomorrow will be extremely hypocritical: one should not forget that the US itself despised HRC as recently as a couple of years ago, withdrew from it and consistently belittled its role. So US can’t be considered a champion of “HRC case”.

And knowing the bleak US human rights record and the shameful practice blackmailing ICC for trying to make US soldiers accountable for their heinous crimes abroad, Washington is the last one to be moralizing others on Human Rights.

Hopefully our colleagues from remaining independent countries (excluding US henchmen) will remember about all these moments when they will be pushing a button

💬 On April 2 and 3, Finnish customs officers seized three vehicles bound for Russia via Finland at the Russian-Finnish border, citing a likely violation of the so-called sanctions against Russia. The vehicles carried in transit artwork from the Hermitage, Tretyakov Gallery and Pushkin Fine Arts Museum, which earlier were on display in Italy.

Basically, the situation can be described as legal anarchy. We are talking about the seizure, in violation of international law, of Russian-owned artwork that temporarily was on display abroad.

☝️ We are waiting for the Finnish authorities to act with due haste to ensure that all these works are returned to Russia.

💬 Не прошло и 48 часов с момента последнего вызова российского посла в МИД Австрии для демарша по Украине, и Вена объявляет персона нон грата 4-х российских дипломатов. Абсолютно необоснованно.
При этом мининдел А.Шалленберг в самые последние дни в нескольких интервью утверждал, что не остановится при принятии подобного рода решения при условии, что у австрийских спецслужб будут веские свидетельства деятельности наших дипломатов, выходящей за рамки Венских конвенций.

Что же изменилось за эти 48 часов? Ровным счетом ничего. Никаких доказательств противоправной деятельности дипломатов нам не представили.

❗️ Расцениваем объявленные МИД Австрии решения как откровенно недружественные, наносящие еще один серьезный удар по структуре наших двусторонних отношений, выстраивавшихся десятилетиями. Такая близорукая позиция не может не вызывать сожаления.

И это, повторюсь, - не наш выбор. Пропорциональный решительный ответ Москвы последует неотвратимо, ответственность за последствия целиком ложится на Вену.

🇷🇺🇺🇳 On April 6, Russia organized an #Arria-formula meeting of the UN Security Council hosted by the Russian Federation on the topic "Threats to international peace and security emanating from military #biological activities in regions across the globe".

The meeting allowed for an open exchange on the challenges posed by the military biological activities that can lead to devastating consequences for international peace and security as well as for the world's population.

The briefers and Member States were invited to present their views on possible ways to redress with the situation, in particular on how to uphold biological weapons prohibition regime, including through efficient verification mechanism.

💬 Вчера украинская сторона представила в переговорную группу свой проект соглашения. В нем налицо отход от важнейших положений, зафиксированных на встрече в Стамбуле 29 марта в документе, под которым стоит подпись главы украинской делегации Д.Арахамии.

В том документе украинцы четко сформулировали, что будущие гарантии безопасности Украины не распространяются на Крым и Севастополь. Во вчерашнем проекте эта четкая констатация отсутствует, вместо нее предлагаются размытые формулировки о некоем «эффективном контроле» по состоянию на 23 февраля. <...>

Подобная недоговороспособность в очередной раз характеризует истинные замыслы Киева, его линию на затягивание и даже подрыв переговоров через отход от достигаемых пониманий. Видим в этом проявление того факта, что киевский режим контролируется Вашингтоном и его союзниками, толкающими Президента В.А.Зеленского на продолжение боевых действий.

⚡️#Заявление Посольства в связи с задержанием Е.Е.Черышевой

‼️ 6 апреля по подозрению в якобы совершенном преступлении против мира, а также нарушении международных санкций в Эстонии была задержана гражданка Российской Федерации, шеф-редактор информпортала «Спутник Медиа» Е.Е.#Черышева.

👉 Комментарии, которые дали в этой связи представители эстонских правоохранительных органов, не могут быть приняты в качестве убедительных и обоснованных.

🇷🇺 #Посольство ожидает в ближайшее время внятных и четких разъяснений от эстонских властей по поводу данного инцидента. В случае их отсутствия Посольство будет расценивать произошедшее как проявление борьбы с инакомыслием и акт устрашения российских граждан, поддерживающих свое государство.

❗️Посольство выражает решительный протест, предпринимает все возможные меры для защиты прав и интересов Е.Е.Черышевой и требует ее немедленного освобождения.
