О проводимой рядом западных стран кампании по «отмене русской культуры»

💬 Запад ужаснулся самому себе, запустив очередную кампанию по «отмене русской культуры». Что мы только ни видели в её рамках. Это не праведный гнев, а то, что разжигается в людях. Это делается «профессионалами».

Вот, к примеру, заявление вице-премьера, министра культуры и национального наследия Польши П.Глиньского о том, что «российская культура должна исчезнуть из общественного пространства». Кто ты такой, Министр культуры Польши, чтобы такое говорить? Кто дал такое право? Не хватит миллиарда лет, чтобы изучить тот предмет, который он хочет отменить. Даже его границы не может осознать, говоря о русской культуре. Как вообще могут быть назначены люди ответственными за культуру, если хотят отменить культуру наций и народов? Да, такое было в истории – в 1930-1940-е гг. С этим и боремся.

С сожалением констатируем, что на Западе стремительно прогрессирует русофобия, а принимаемые дикие меры нарушают все принципы цивилизованного поведения.

Наше неформальное заседание СБ по угрозам от американских биолабораторий в Европе оказалось весьма успешным и своевременным.

Докладчики были на высоте, собравшиеся члены СБ и не входящие в него члены ООН не скучали и получили много полезной информации. Отсутствовали лишь главные фигуранты - американцы и их приспешники англичане, что лишь усилило подозрения в том, что Вашингтону есть что скрывать.

В ходе обсуждения незападные члены СБ звучали заинтересованно, призывали прояснить вопросы, которые затрагивали докладчики. Западные же выглядели как советские делегаты на западном конгрессе: ничего не сказали по делу, зато вывалили кучу идеологизированных штампов о зловредности «российской пропаганды». Кажется, после холодной войны мы с ними окончательно поменялись местами…

В итоге у нас и у докладчиков возник справедливый вопрос: раз американские лаборатории такие безвредные и даже полезные, как утверждают американские сателлиты, почему бы европейцам или канадцам не разместить их у себя? Ответа, разумеется, не последовало.

Some personal reflections on the upcoming UNGA vote on Russia’s membership in Human Rights Council on April 7

This is a landmark motion by the US and its allies which risks to have devastating consequences for the UN System.

This vote is not about Russia-Ukraine conflict or alleged Russia’s human rights violations - these claims are far from being verified and proven. And given the number of clear fakes, stagings and provocations (like infamous Bucha false flag operation) it’s rather a premeditated tactical move.

It’s a dangerous precedent when a group of Western states tries to impose their rules and preferences on the others. That’s how the “rules based international order” promoted by the West looks like: unscrupulous colonial blackmail under the guise of a noble cause.

Russia plays an important ballancing role, its removal from HRC will deprive developing countries of a vocal and powerful defender. That’s why Western countries are keen to do it and strike the ballance in their favor. US Representative to the UN has already announced the desired score: all 140 countries who supported recent UNGA resolution should come to heel.

This whole situation gives away a bigger picture: Western countries’ desire to undermine UN institutions behind the smokescreen of punishing Russia. By doing so they risk to destroy the basement of current multilateral system which emerged after WW2 and has been saving the world from WW3

The show that we will see in the GA tomorrow will be extremely hypocritical: one should not forget that the US itself despised HRC as recently as a couple of years ago, withdrew from it and consistently belittled its role. So US can’t be considered a champion of “HRC case”.

And knowing the bleak US human rights record and the shameful practice blackmailing ICC for trying to make US soldiers accountable for their heinous crimes abroad, Washington is the last one to be moralizing others on Human Rights.

Hopefully our colleagues from remaining independent countries (excluding US henchmen) will remember about all these moments when they will be pushing a button

💬 On April 2 and 3, Finnish customs officers seized three vehicles bound for Russia via Finland at the Russian-Finnish border, citing a likely violation of the so-called sanctions against Russia. The vehicles carried in transit artwork from the Hermitage, Tretyakov Gallery and Pushkin Fine Arts Museum, which earlier were on display in Italy.

Basically, the situation can be described as legal anarchy. We are talking about the seizure, in violation of international law, of Russian-owned artwork that temporarily was on display abroad.

☝️ We are waiting for the Finnish authorities to act with due haste to ensure that all these works are returned to Russia.

💬 Не прошло и 48 часов с момента последнего вызова российского посла в МИД Австрии для демарша по Украине, и Вена объявляет персона нон грата 4-х российских дипломатов. Абсолютно необоснованно.
При этом мининдел А.Шалленберг в самые последние дни в нескольких интервью утверждал, что не остановится при принятии подобного рода решения при условии, что у австрийских спецслужб будут веские свидетельства деятельности наших дипломатов, выходящей за рамки Венских конвенций.

Что же изменилось за эти 48 часов? Ровным счетом ничего. Никаких доказательств противоправной деятельности дипломатов нам не представили.

❗️ Расцениваем объявленные МИД Австрии решения как откровенно недружественные, наносящие еще один серьезный удар по структуре наших двусторонних отношений, выстраивавшихся десятилетиями. Такая близорукая позиция не может не вызывать сожаления.

И это, повторюсь, - не наш выбор. Пропорциональный решительный ответ Москвы последует неотвратимо, ответственность за последствия целиком ложится на Вену.

🇷🇺🇺🇳 On April 6, Russia organized an #Arria-formula meeting of the UN Security Council hosted by the Russian Federation on the topic "Threats to international peace and security emanating from military #biological activities in regions across the globe".

The meeting allowed for an open exchange on the challenges posed by the military biological activities that can lead to devastating consequences for international peace and security as well as for the world's population.

The briefers and Member States were invited to present their views on possible ways to redress with the situation, in particular on how to uphold biological weapons prohibition regime, including through efficient verification mechanism.

‼️ 6 апреля по подозрению в якобы совершенном преступлении против мира, а также нарушении международных санкций в Эстонии была задержана гражданка Российской Федерации, шеф-редактор информпортала «Спутник Медиа» Е.Е.#Черышева.

👉 Комментарии, которые дали в этой связи представители эстонских правоохранительных органов, не могут быть приняты в качестве убедительных и обоснованных.

🇷🇺 #Посольство ожидает в ближайшее время внятных и четких разъяснений от эстонских властей по поводу данного инцидента. В случае их отсутствия Посольство будет расценивать произошедшее как проявление борьбы с инакомыслием и акт устрашения российских граждан, поддерживающих свое государство.

❗️Посольство выражает решительный протест, предпринимает все возможные меры для защиты прав и интересов Е.Е.Черышевой и требует ее немедленного освобождения.

Russia has made a conscious decision to withdraw in advance from the UN Human Rights Council on April 7, 2022.

The resolution initiated by the United States, which was adopted today by the UN General Assembly, is based not on the human rights situation in a specific country, but solely on geopolitical priorities of the collective West, which does not abandon attempts to subjugate various spheres of interaction between states in the international arena.

Those who disagree with their approach, as the Westerners see it, should be "punished". The main goal is to find a pretext.

💬 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s comment on the new draft agreement presented by the Ukrainian side, Moscow, April 7, 2022

Yesterday, the Ukrainian side presented its draft agreement to the negotiating group. It shows a departure from the most important provisions included in the document signed by head of the Ukrainian delegation David Arakhamia at the meeting in Istanbul on March 29 of this year.

❗️I would like to remind the other side that after Istanbul, in response to a glint of realism in the Ukrainian approach, the Russian armed forces de-escalated operations on the Kiev-Chernigov track as a gesture of goodwill and to expedite the progress towards an agreement.

👉 Despite all the provocations, the Russian delegation will continue the negotiation process, promoting our draft agreement, which spells out all the key positions and demands very clearly and in full.

6 апреля спецслужбами Эстонии была задержана руководитель информационного портала Sputnik Meedia гражданка Российской Федерации Елена Черышева. Рассматриваем озвучиваемые властями этой страны основания для лишения свободы россиянки, а именно «нарушение международных санкций», как граничащие с абсурдом. Нелепыми выглядят обвинения в поддержании работы портала после санкций, хотя прекрасно известно, что с начала марта он был заблокирован и технически лишен доступа к информационному полю.

❗️ Требуем от Таллина незамедлительного освобождения российской журналистки, обеспечения ее прав и свобод, а также исключения подобных эксцессов в будущем

🔹 До глубины души возмущены вопиющим актом вандализма в отношении мемориала советским воинам-освободителям в берлинском Трептов-парке 7 апреля 2022 г. На объекты архитектурного ансамбля, включая всемирно известный памятник советскому солдату, нанесены оскорбительные надписи русофобского содержания, в том числе призывающие к убийству «всех русских». Рассматриваем эту подлую акцию как циничное попрание памяти воинов, отдавших свои жизни за освобождение мира и Европы от нацизма.

🔹 Незамедлительно проинформировали германские правоохранительные органы. Направили ноту протеста в МИД ФРГ с требованием устранить последствия атаки вандалов, установить обстоятельства произошедшего, привлечь виновных к ответственности и принять исчерпывающие меры для недопущения повторения подобных эксцессов впредь в соответствии с положениями Соглашения между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Федеративной Республики Германии об уходе за военными могилами от 16 декабря 1992 г.

🔹 Вновь обращаем внимание на недопустимость терпимого отношения к любым проявлениям ксенофобии и расизма, попыткам разжигания в Германии русофобских настроений, дискриминации русскоязычных граждан.

▫️We emphasize in particular that Tochka-U tactical missiles, the wreckage of which was found near the Kramatorsk railway station and published by eyewitnesses, are used by Ukrainian Armed Forces only.

▫️On March 14, 2022, a similar Tochka-U missile of Division of 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the centre of Donetsk, killing 17 people on the spot and injuring another 36 civilians.

supported by a number of OSCE participating States”(OSCE Permanent Council meeting, 7 April 2022):

👉It is 8 years since the “revolutionaries from the Maidan”, who seized power in Kiev during the armed coup in February 2014, announced the start of a military campaign against Donbass in order to suppress dissent.

👉In 2014, residents of the south-east of 🇺🇦 Ukraine, who did not recognize the coup d'état and defended the Ukrainian Constitution, were labeled as "terrorists". The so-called "anti-terrorist operation" was launched against them.

👉For 8 years in Donbass, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 🇺🇦nationalists have committed many war crimes - indiscriminate shelling of residential areas, incl. with the use of prohibited weapons, illegal imprisonment, torture, extrajudicial killings.

👉The problem of paramilitary neo-Nazist movements in 🇺🇦 Ukraine continues to be systematically hushed up in the West.

👉Western authorities ignore the trade in Nazi symbols and literature in the center of Kiev, pay no heed to unhindered recruitment of new supporters among young people by neo-Nazi movements like “Azov”.

👉EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said that it is more important not to end hostilities in Ukraine soon, but their outcome. 🇺🇦 Ukraine is just a tool of the West in the confrontation with 🇷🇺 Russia.

👉Kiev, with the support of Western minders, resorts to monstrous lies in order to discredit the actions of the Russian military in 🇺🇦 Ukraine. An example is a cynical provocation in Bucha.

🚨We have reliable information that such provocations are being prepared in the cities of Konotop and Trostyanets in the Sumy region, as well as in Borodyanka and Katyuzhanka in the Kiev region.

🔺According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 🇺🇦 Ukrainian nationalists have already carried out one of these actions in the village of Dergachi in the Kharkiv region - first they shelled this settlement, and then videotaped 🎥 the destroyed buildings.

🔺Representatives of Western news agencies participated in this action, the process was coordinated by servicemen of the 72nd Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of 🇺🇦 Ukraine.

🔺Kiev does not stop trying to denigrate the 🇷🇺 army. On April 5, in preparation for leaving the city of Rubezhnoye, 🇺🇦 Ukrainian military blew up a tank with chemicals at the Zarya plant.

🔺Head of the Kiev-controlled Lugansk administration, S.Gaidai, immediately rushed to make a false accusation that the explosion was the result of a Russian strike.

🚨There is reliable information about the preparation by the Armed Forces of 🇺🇦 Ukraine of a major provocation on the territory of Khimprom industrial complex in the city of Pervomaisky, Kharkiv region. A storage facility with 120 tons of chlorine was mined there.

🚨Ukrainian 🇺🇦 armed formations use torture against captured Russian servicemen. With their inhumanity, they copy the actions of the Nazis during the Second World War.

🚨We demand immediate access of representatives of the Red Cross to the captured Russian servicemen in order to establish the conditions of their detention and conduct a medical examination.

‼️Kiev still refuses to agree on humanitarian corridors for civilians to 🇷🇺 Russia - despite more than 2.7 million requests from residents of 🇺🇦 Ukraine who expressed such a desire.

👉A special military operation currently underway in 🇺🇦 Ukraine aims to end the protracted conflict in Donbass and ensure that Ukrainian neo-Nazis cannot influence decision-making processes in the country.
