Dear friends,
In one of the previous episodes of my vlog I touched upon the blatant provocation by Ukrainian forces in Kramatorsk.
Today let’s talk about another provocation against my country which happened in Bucha. I would like to draw your attention to the article in the British “the Guardian” website under the noscript, I quote, “Dozens of Bucha civilians were killed by metal darts from Russian artillery” dated April 24, 2022. You can find the link in the text version of my presentation (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/24/dozens-bucha-civilians-killed-flechettes-metal-darts-russian-artillery).
Despite the fact that the editors obviously believed that they were adding “evidence” of the responsibility of the Russian side for killings of civilians in Ukrainian Bucha, in reality “the Guardian” highlighted irrefutable proof that it was Kiev regime and its Armed Forces that caused the death of civilians and used their bodies to blame Russian troops, who controlled the area back in March.
Let me explain this obvious conclusion in detail. The author, interpreting information by forensic doctors, claims that “dozens of civilians who died during the Russian occupation of the Ukrainian city of Bucha were killed by tiny metal arrows from shells of a type fired by Russian artillery”.
The text explains that “tiny metal objects” in a shape of a dart are called “fléchettes”. It is an outdated anti-personnel weapon mostly used during the first world war and still widely used by the Ukrainian Army. There is plenty of evidence of the use of such shells against residents of Donbass as from 2015.
Theoretically such kind of shells might be used by the Russian Army as it is compatible with our guns caliber. Therefore “the Guardian” does not hesitate to claim that those were used in Bucha by the Russian Forces. But if we jump to such a conclusion we would be at odds with the logic. Russian troops left the area on March 30 – the day after another round of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Turkey. Few days later the Ukrainian side started to claim that our forces have executed a number of civilians before leaving Bucha. But how could they do it with heavy artillery if our troops were still stationed there? Wouldn’t they harm their fellow brothers in arms in such a case?
And how “fléchettes” got into their bodies. This version seems to be a strong one. But how will one explain the pictures of the corpses with hands tied lying across the streets of Bucha? These images do not fit into the version of Russian shelling. But they perfectly fit in the scenario that these people were caugh by Ukrainian shellings aimed at Russian troops and then the corpses were placed in the streets of Bucha in a way that would look like they were tortured and executed after Russian troops left Bucha. An upbeat video made by the mayor of the town shot on March 31, after the departure of the Russian forces, does not mention any corpses on the streets. This video also fits the scenario that implies that Bucha had witnessed a terrible provocation by Ukraine designed to put the blame on Russia and to make the world freeze in the light of the cruelty of its soldiers. There is simply no other plausible explanation.
It goes without saying that the journalists from “the Guardian” will not dare to make such an obvious conclusion – they would prefer everyone to “keep calm and blame Russia”. 🔵 Не соответствует действительности видеоролик «Ukrainians shocked by ‘crazy’ scene at Chernobyl after Russian pullout reveals radioactive contamination», сопровождающий публикацию телеканала CNN от 9 апреля 2022 года, в котором демонстрируются показатели дозиметра в помещении, где, как утверждается, находились российские военнослужащие, – 0,58 мкЗв/час. Для сравнения, естественный фон в различных точках Земли составляет от 0,1 до 1 мкЗв/час (в Москве – 0,1-0,3 мкЗв/час, в Хельсинки – 0,2-0,6 мкЗв/час). В случае круглосуточного облучения в течение 30 дней с интенсивностью 0,58 мкЗв/час накопленная эффективная доза составит порядка 0,4 мЗв. Это меньше половины допустимой годовой дозы для населения (1мЗв) и одновременно в 50 раз меньше допустимой годовой дозы для работника атомной промышленности (20 мЗв), а также сопоставимо с дозой, получаемой при разовой флюрографии грудной клетки (0,3 мЗв).

🔵 В упомянутом видеоматериале корреспондент CNN и сопровождающие его лица находятся в помещении в повседневной обуви, без средств защиты органов дыхания и рук, что указывает на осознание ими отсутствия реальной опасности.

🔵 Ложными являются тиражируемые украинскими и западными СМИ, а также ГП НАЭК «Энергоатом» утверждения «о неминуемом развитии острой лучевой болезни у российских военнослужащих после посещения Рыжего леса». Даже если бы такой факт имел место, то полученная дополнительная лучевая нагрузка была бы исключительно мала. Такие дозы не могли бы существенно навредить здоровью человека.

🔵 В публикации CNN демонстрируются показания дозиметра на границе Рыжего леса – 11,32 мкЗв/час. В этом случае накопленная эффективная доза в случае круглосуточного облучения в течение 30 дней составила бы порядка 8 мЗв. Это в 125 раз меньше дозы, вызывающей развитие острой лучевой болезни (1000 мЗв).

🔵 Не соответствуют действительности также заявления о якобы нанесенном российскими военнослужащими ущербе объектам, расположенным на территории площадки ЧАЭС, которую Вооруженные Силы Российской Федерации покинули ещё 31 марта 2022 года.

🔵 Сделанные во время пребывания российских войск на ЧАЭС фотографии, подтверждающие рабочее состояние помещений, а также аналитической лаборатории «Экоцентр», нормальные показатели радиационного фона на объекте, а также сохранность в должном состоянии соответствующей документации, включаю архивную.

💬 Украина при помощи стран НАТО превратилась в центр скопления террористов и наёмников всех мастей.

Одновременно Запад не прекращает накачивать киевский режим оружием. Все это делается с единственной целью – максимально затянуть боевые действия на Украине и препятствовать мирному урегулированию конфликта.

❗️ При этом ни США, ни их натовские партнеры не в состоянии отследить конечный пункт доставки своего вооружения и гарантировать его использование только вооруженными силами Украины.

На Западе открыто призывают Киев атаковать Россию, используя в том числе полученное от натовских стран оружие. В Киеве это восприняли как руководство к действию.

Дальнейшее провоцирование Украины на нанесения ударов по российским объектам обязательно приведет к жёсткому ответу со стороны России, а находящиеся в украинских центрах принятия решений советники из западных стран «не обязательно будут проблемой для ответных действий России».

Mechanisms for information attacks with a new thesis that target the public space have been launched in the West at the highest level in a transboundary and trans-format manner. The premise is primitive and completely horrifying: the Russians are threatening a nuclear war, and the Russians are waving the nuclear stick.

⁉️ Do I even need to say that this thesis is absolutely incorrect and false? Apparently, I do.

They are pushing this exact thesis because it plays on basic human fears, the experience of the older generation, which throughout the second half of the 20th century was bracing for the Third World War against global communism, and Western youth, for which their respective governments have come up with a new mechanism called “cancel culture” (cancelling everything Russian this time). Moreover, the West absolutely does not care what Moscow really says, and the meaning of words is distorted and outwardly perverted.

Let’s consider the specifics.

Two days ago, in his answer to a question by Dimitri Simes during an interview, Sergey Lavrov said literally the following 👉 full quote

What are the takeaways?

1. It was Russia that, with great difficulty, convinced the United States during lengthy talks to reaffirm the Gorbachev-Reagan formula that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought.

2. It was Russia that persuaded the group of five nuclear nations to adopt a statement with the same content.

3. There are risks; they should not be blown out of proportion or underestimated.

We did everything possible to prevent a nuclear war, to create all the necessary obstacles on the way to slipping into this scenario (fortunately, they justified themselves during the Cold War and are working today), because we understand the real risks and threats posed by irresponsible behaviour in this area. We cannot allow the very thought of a nuclear war.

Now acting in the worst traditions of disinformation, Western officials are feeding the media, in a coordinated effort, fake news about Moscow’s alleged nuclear threats. The foreign ministries from the NATO countries started convincing the people in their countries that the Russians were “rattling their weapons.”

Notice how clumsy this was in terms of media work. First, all the put-up quotes against our country were repeated by the journalist, and then they were again mentioned by Ned Price. A presentation designed for a not too sophisticated public. No one even paid attention to what the Foreign Minister said about the risks and Russia’s attempts to prevent the unthinkable.

It’s unthinkable to us, but, mindful of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, it is, unfortunately, possible for our colleagues from overseas.

The next day, the media started mass brainwashing. The British tabloids (the Daily Mail and others) and the high-quality analytical US press, French television and German tabloid magazines started talking with one voice that Moscow was threatening with a Third World Nuclear War. And this was already being discussed in Europe; French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said that the Russian Foreign Minister’s words were the “rhetoric of intimidation.”

I would like to ask this Frenchman whether he at least saw what Sergey Lavrov said? We have translated the interview.

Our country is against any nuclear war, and this is exactly what the Russian Minister said, and this is what guides our diplomacy in its work.

Could it be that the Western capitals read the interviews as presented by the Western media? This is the only thing that can justify their words. To avoid that, one should simply DON'T turn off alternative sources of information, and listen to what Russia has to say close to the original text, rather than as interpreted by your media under NATO guidelines.

Хотел бы отметить нашу приверженность международному праву, как и всех остальных членов мирового сообщества в том, что касается официального, юридического и международно-правового признания новых афганских властей.

Для этого считаем, что им необходимо продолжать усилия по борьбе с террористическими организациями, которые пока, к сожалению, в Афганистане сохраняют свои позиции, усилия по борьбе с наркотрафиком.

👉🏻Позорное явление русофобии стало неотъемлемой частью новой реальности в ряде государств-участников ОБСЕ. С труднообъяснимым восторгом искореняется все, что связано с Россией, грубо попираются права и свободы русского и русскоязычного населения, включая детей

 👉🏻Правозащитные структуры ООН и ОБСЕ не реагируют должным образом на эти вопиющие случаи дискриминации и расизма, когда людей преследуют просто за их происхождение, язык или культуру

 👉🏻Развернувшаяся русофобия имеет множество уродливых проявлений и затрагивает практически все сферы жизни, включая историческую память. «На камеру» варварски демонтируются памятники, оскверняются воинские захоронения и др.

👉🏻Страшная картина наблюдается в Польше, где из 561 памятников сохранилось только 100. Осквернение и вандализм в отношении советского военно-мемориального наследия продолжается в Латвии, Литве, Эстонии, Чехии, Словакии

 👉🏻Призываем исполнительные структуры ОБСЕ дать принципиальную оценку «расцвету» русофобии, а государства-участников прекратить пренебрежение своими обязательствами и реально противодействовать дискриминации русского и русскоязычного населения
