🇷🇺 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory

On May 9, 2025, we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War — the most heroic and tragic chapter in our nation's history. On this day, we honor the memory of millions who perished and bow our heads to the unparalleled courage of the soldiers and those on the home front who gave everything for the sake of freedom and the future of humanity.

➡️ For the peoples of Russia and the entire former Soviet Union, Victory Day is a symbol of national unity, unbreakable will, and determination to resist evil. This victory came at an enormous cost: every family experienced the pain of loss, yet preserved the pride in the valor of their ancestors.

⚡The war unleashed by Nazi Germany was not merely a conflict over territory — it was an attempt at the systematic extermination of entire nations. On the occupied territories of the USSR, a policy of deliberate genocide was carried out: civilians were massacred, villages burned, and countless atrocities committed. Millions of people fell victim to the barbaric and inhumane ideology of racial supremacy. The victory over Nazism put an end to this absolute evil and restored justice, giving nations the opportunity to live and develop based on the principles of equality and mutual respect.

❗️Today, it is especially important to preserve the historical truth about that war. We are witnessing dangerous and criminal attempts to rewrite its outcomes, to diminish the role of the Soviet Union, to whitewash the aggressor, and to slander the liberators. These are not merely lies — they are an affront to the memory of millions of victims. It is our moral duty to pass on to future generations the truth about the Victory as one of the greatest achievements of the 20th century, won at the cost of immeasurable suffering.

⭐ On this significant day, we also remember the contribution of our Allies. This Victory is the legacy of all nations who stood against Nazism. It will forever remain a shared triumph of good over evil, of humanity over barbarism, of life over death.
