This is how the whitelist works.

The whitelist was a Google form we sent out to our Slack and Telegram communities. It was pinned to our channels and advertised daily. It closed on August 20th. The whitelist guarantees crowdsale participation.

The token sale website registration was NOT the whitelist. That was solely to register interest in the token sale.

You do NOT need to be whitelisted to participate in the crowdsale. We will not sell out during the whitelist window due to the individual caps. Though the whitelist is closed, please continue to sign up for the token sale through our website - token.enigma.co.

We sent an important email to Catalyst users today. It is legitimate.

We are also sending a reminder to users on the whitelist who have not yet reconfirmed. If you receive a reminder email from us asking you to reconfirm your whitelist status, and you believe you have already done so, *please reconfirm again.* Thank you.

The deadline for whitelist reconfirmations has now passed. Very soon, we will reach out to our waitlist if they are eligible to be upgraded to the whitelist.

We've been informed there is a Gmail address sending out fake information about Enigma contributions. This is a phishing scam. *DO NOT send any money anywhere prior to September 11.*

We've just sent an official email to some waitlisted participants that we've upgraded to the whitelist. Check all your inboxes for this message. It will direct you to a reconfirmation page on the official enigma.co domain. Again, do not send any money anywhere and do not provide your private keys.

We have not upgraded anyone from the waitlist to the whitelist that signed up August 21st (Pacific Time) or later. Please be patient as we process things. Again - you do NOT need to be whitelisted to participate in the crowdsale. Please make sure you've registered at token.enigma.co if you have not signed up for the waitlist or whitelist.

Remember to check your email - junk and spam boxes included - if you believe you signed up for the whitelist or waitlist (using the community Google Form, not website registration) on August 20th or earlier. Reconfirmations close TODAY.

Based on our very high reconfirmation rate, we will NOT be upgrading any more users from the waitlist to the whitelist. If you registered after August 20th, that means you will not be whitelisted for our token sale. If you have not received any emails and you registered August 20th or earlier using the whitelist Google form (not the website), check with @thisistor about your status.

Remember that you do NOT need to be whitelisted to participate in the crowdsale! We are setting individual whitelist caps such that we will definitely have ENG tokens remaining after the whitelist participates. Make sure that you have either applied at token.enigma.co or for our waitlist.
