Unlike physical stress, mental stress is seldom beneficial, and is to be avoided whenever possible. Studies have shown that anger, fear, resentment, jealousy and other “negative” emotions produce acidity of body fluids, whereas love, laughter, joy, etc. produce alkaline conditions throughout the body. Adding additional acidity from negative emotions to the combined results of acid foods and physical stress can put a body at critical mass, triggering any of the inevitable consequences of acidosis.

When we look at our ancient/not so recent past, it’s evident we’re a result of devolution. By now we know that cataclysmic cycles/resets are nothing new throughout this realm. That our history is stolen, falsified & suppressed. With all the book/building burning, these cities could reveal the true nature of our history.
Mudfloods are a common theme when discussing the tragedies causing the demise of “Tartaria”. It’s very possible that the remnants of these Lost Cities are casualties of the Old World Wars—Direct Energy Weapons, Meltdowns, Biological Warfare (Black Death) & other cataclysmic events that were then “cooled” down by floods. These cities are said to be “thousands” of years old (possibly some are & arent)—But most archeologist can’t come to an agreement when.. It’s because our modern world is primitive compared to the old one. When we look closely at the world—both above & below—it’s evident something happened much more recent than all the narratives imply.
