Does anyone seem to know why everytime I upload the lower quality versions of my video gets uploaded?

I have fast internet and I do it in multiple locations yet they always come under lower quality when I have HD, 4K, 8K videos.

Any tech smarts? Is it some options I need to affix? Please let me know!
