This plays into the birth certificate fraud and here where New Brunswick’s education minister says: “the province owns your children.”

This is fraud. There’s been no true ‘meeting of the minds’. Parents were led to believe they were simply creating a paperwork record with the birth certificate & similar forms - not signing them over to the state.

It’s part of the occult black magick wordplay where ‘parents’ is a ‘pair-that-rents’ their children from the state.
