UNDERSTANDING ENERGY IN THE HUMAN BODY

Think of the total amount of energy available to your body each day as a pie chart.

This pie chart is ‘filled’ each day through:
⁃ The food you take in
⁃ The quality of your food
⁃ The amount of sun you get
⁃ The fresh air you breathe

When we go about our lives, through thinking and moving, through mental exertion, we deplete the energy available to us. Some is dedicated to digestion, some to keeping the body running, some to physical activity, some to processing toxic environmental or chemical stressors.

What is leftover to us as a SURPLUS to this daily Use is what energy reserves the body has to use for muscle building and general repair to the body. This is the principle behind eating MORE when you begin lifting - your body requires more energy compared to before in order to facilitate the extra physical exertion, as well as to repair the muscles that have been broken down. This is why lifting weights is so good for those that want to lose weight.

If you consistently live your life with a net NEGATIVE of energy and nutrients, you begin to deplete your bodies internal reserves, ageing the body and encouraging decay. Sickness occurs when we have this constantly depleted state concurrent with the mental beliefs of illness.

When you are fulfilling your body with adequate whole foods, sleeping correctly and living wholesomely, you have much more juice in the tank. You can train harder and still recover, you can push forward with more effort in your business, you can run the tank lower at times and still not harm yourself.

However, When you are in a depleted state from constant stimulatory drugs, bad sleep, bad diet, poor light environment and no fresh air, then the taxes on your body are going to be much higher.

What you need to do is balance the use of energy - You can push yourself harder when you have been treating it right. Back off a little bit when you are running on empty.

Supplements such as magnesium and shilajit can help to replete the micronutrients you burn through during ‘stress’, and are part of the importance of supplementing some things. With more fuel, the body can do more.

1.) Homebirth: Beneficial for Mother and Baby. You avoid the intrusive, violent and traumatizing nature of the industrial birth machine that *literally and figuratively* scars the majority of adult women for life. Birth Trauma is the real pandemic of our species. (fact-check that you f-ing keyboard geeks)

When you avoid the medical industrial birth complex, rife with abuse and torture, you and your baby have a chance to escape the dehumanization and “factory farm” birth experience and legacy of PTSD that so frequently ensues.

2.) Homeschool: Congratulations! You’ve managed to deliver a healthy child outside the hospital... now it’s time to raise, rear, and teach your children the values YOU embody. If you sacrifice your child’s mind to the State, it will become filled with ideas, propaganda and rhetoric that will be antithetical to your own values.
This is done on purpose. Your child becomes pledged to the “authority” of the school and the “teachers” above you and your family. A generational divide, as well as an intellectual/ cultural divide is wedged in every home in America once this happens.
Before *compulsory* government schooling, this was unheard of. Daughters learned everything from their Mothers, Grandmothers and Aunts. Their ancestral and cultural values were COHESIVE and consistent along family lines. Sons learned skills, values and strength from their Fathers, Grandfathers and Uncles.
Public school inserts belief systems into your child’s mind that have nothing to do with “learning” and everything to do with political agendas. That is a FACT.

When you avoid the government indoctrination camps, (schools) you create a new generation of free-thinking, curious citizens who are not easily manipulated through group-think.

3.) Homestead: This is the final step (and probably the biggest stretch for many young Americans) Self-reliance is the key word in this game. When you are self-reliant you are extremely powerful and unable to be controlled.You do not need to rely on , depend on , or make contracts with any corrupt agency or " power " in order to live . This is the default state of our great - grandmothers . It is only about 150 years removed from our current socially engineered society . Homesteading represents the belief that no one can provide better for you , than you ! From food production to sewing your own clothes , this is an act of revolution against a system that seeks to enslave you as an * endless consumer * for your entire life.

None of these 3 systems will be accepted or applauded by the majority . That's the whole point . The majority of people alive today are * products * of a deficient , dysfunctional , moronic industrial society that values obedience , consumption , and immorality over everything else . Of course they won't understand the value of these counter - culture revolutions . These forms of self - reliance and self - governance are for strong , brave , vital men and women who desire a deep connection to God , Truth , and Freedom.
