What most of us don’t know is that the quality of our BREATHING can be an important indicator of our mental and physical health.
Stress creates a pattern of shallow breathing and many of us have also been conditioned to pull in our bellies for proper posture.
We become accustomed to a belly that stays pulled in, but this interferes with taking full deep breaths and signaling our nervous system to relax.
Deep, slow breathing helps us to move from a chronic stress response back into a state of BALANCE.. because it is a balance that we really want to help us create optimal health.
A nervous system that is in balance is one that is calm and regulated in the face of stress.

That fear was used to torture, break people and control them.
In early 2020, the world entered Room 101, and people became “hooked” by their greatest fears , and that’s why we are where we are, the fears were a tsunami that took out common sense, data and evidence.
I posted earlier that I have no fear of death so they have nothing on me. When I die, I die a free woman.

The Ghislaine Maxwell Psychological Operation is unfolding to breed the perception that the justice system is still legitimate.
I highly doubt that someone who comes from an Israeli intelligence background and was raised amongst royalty and been in and amongst the establishment her entire life is going to jail for child trafficking, but if you watch the mainstream then she is being convicted.
