There is not a single line in Mein Kampf where Hitler states any Jew should be exterminated. Yet in his book, Germany Must Perish, Jewish author Theodore Kaufman writes that all Germans should be exterminated via forced sterilization.
Kaufman saw German nationalism as the greatest threat. Why? He admits they are in the way of the GLOBAL Jewish plot to "unite the world." By exterminating the Germans, they would finally be able to execute their plan to build a world utopia, and humanity would be at peace.
