অসহযোগ আন্দোলন সফল করার জন্য আপনারা-
১) কোনো ধরনের ট্যাক্স কিংবা খাজনা প্রদান করবেন না।
২) বিদ্যুৎ বিল, গ্যাস বিল, পানির সহ অন্যান্য সকল সরকারি ইউটিলিটি বিল প্রদানে বিরত থাকুন।
৩) সরকারি-বেসরকারি সকল ধরনের প্রতিষ্ঠান, অফিস-আদালত বন্ধ রাখুন।
৪) সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান বন্ধ রাখুন।
৫) রেমিটেন্স পাঠানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
৬) সরকারি সকল ধরনের আয়োজন বর্জন করুন।

আপনারা ভবনে-ভবনে, পাড়ায়- পাড়ায়, মহল্লায়-মহল্লায়, জেলায় জেলায় আন্দোলন গড়ে তুলুন। প্রত্যেক দল-মতের মানুষকে আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি আন্দোলন সফল করার জন্য। এছাড়াও ছাত্র হত্যার প্রতিবাদে কাঁধে কাঁধ মিলিয়ে আগামীকালের বিক্ষোভ মিছিল সফল করুন।
