• Upgraded hals from Op11EU 14.0.0.830 and removed hals that were causing heating

Flashing Steps:
• Use latest Ofox or Twrp and flash it then format data
• If you use Ofox to flash then change "Boot slot" to 'A' in reboot menu after flashing rom

Notes:
• Totally not recommended for 4gb ram users. But still improvements are added for background apps management
