전문가들은 AI를 통해 정확한 데이터를 얻기 위해서는 여러 제약 조건을 달아야 한다고 조언한다. 생성형 AI 8개를 활용하는 이상민 플루토리서치 대표는 “여러 소스를 인용하다 보면 AI의 답변이 상충할 때가 있다”라며 “매출액과 영업이익 등은 야후 파이낸스에서만, 뉴스는 블룸버그나 로이터 등 레거시 미디어를 먼저 보도록 조건을 설계해 활용하고 있다”고 말했다.
할루시네이션(환각 현상) 등을 줄이기 위해서 이 대표는 AI끼리 서로의 결과물을 반박하도록 해 최상의 결과를 얻는다. 가령 클로드로 도출한 최초 답변을 챗GPT에 입력해 논리적인 허점을 찾도록 하는 식이다. 모든 AI가 반박하지 않을 때까지 이 과정을 반복해 최종적으로 투자 판단에 활용한다. 반드시 출처를 붙이도록 하는 것도 필수다. 이 대표는 “AI는 조금 덤벙대지만 손이 매우 빠른 사원 같다”며 “매달 220달러(챗GPT 프로 구독료)에 이런 사원을 고용할 수 있다면 누가 마다하겠나”라고 말했다.
