📢After having his case dismissed a second time and believing he was free to go about his life, Mr. Rundo was retaken off the street shortly after his release from custody in February. It appears the Feds have a desire to imprison him by fair means or foul.

Weeks later, after being denied phone, email, and commissary privileges, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has said Mr. Rundo is ennoscriptd to a bail hearing with the caveat that even if he makes bail, 3 days must pass to allow the prosecutors to appeal the decision again!

🍌 The Feds have spent countless hours and treasure going after a man who got into a fist fight in 2017, chasing him all over the world, only to have his case dismissed twice, and holding him apparently with no new charges and outside the normal legal process.
