Havana? They make cigars don't they? So now they're causing syndromes are they?
In 2016, at the US embassy in Havana Cuba, several US and Canadian diplomats suddenly began complaining of hearing a high pitched / low rumble / pulsating hum, before coming down with conditions ranging from deafness, neurological disorders and brain tumours.
Was it a microwave / sonic weapon, used on them by Russia, China, or the US government on their own people? Or, was there a more natural cause?
