There’s New Proof Crispr Can Edit Genes Inside Human Bodies
This could be an indication of the DREADDs tech (or rather a key aspect of the tech) developed by DARPA being already out in the field.
A key aspect of that tech, was the doing this sort of chemical editing, building of materials, etc remotely.
