I can't find much about him but he seems to be an intermediary between the UK, USA and the UN.
His official noscript is the
"UK Alternate Political Coordinator to the UN"
Yesterday he delivered a speech to the UN Security Council in condemnation of Syria, citing the thoroughly discredited OPCW report.
This is not ignorance to the work of journalists to disprove the OPCW report, as we can see from his latest tweet thread, where he has a rant about "Russian disinformation" and accuses those same journalists of being disinformation agents for Russia.
He cites no counter information.
I wonder if he feels the same towards Syria as he does towards Israel's use of White Phosphorus, or is this just about regime change?
I suspect Tony Blair is lurking in his shadow somewhere.
