RNA modification in the liver!

Well this tells you, that it uses the RNA, to change your DNA, it'll stop telling your cells to develop proteins that create fatty deposits in your liver, that're a symptom of liver disease!
"And", you say, "That's all very lovely and all, but what's your point?"

How many of you have had battles with Gerbil cock-jockeys on comments sections and them turn round and say that RNA doesn't change your DNA?
(I still have no idea, why people actually began believing that?)
Some guy in a white coat and / or suit, on TV told me it doesn't and I believe him, despite his obvious scruffy look and faint smell of wee, he was obviously telling the truth!
Now you can point out that:
1) the guy they saw on TV was Boris Johnson and even a budgie with a chainsaw has more medical expertise than him!
And:
2) RNA not having an effect, nor changing your DNA is bullshit!
